Panda Express quietly raised the family meal price from $34.99 to $40 overnight, and it’s honestly ridiculous. Every location did it at the same time, with zero explanation, zero warning, and absolutely no justification. The portions didn’t increase, the quality didn’t improve, and nothing about the experience changed, except the price. This feels like a blatant cash grab, not a reasonable adjustment. Raising prices across the board for no clear reason is a terrible business practice and a slap in the face to regular customers. If this is how Panda Express plans to treat its customers, don’t be surprised when people stop coming back.

Almost never has teriyaki chicken. The few times we've been to this location it's an 8-10 minute wait to get our teriyaki chicken... I can only assume it's poor management.

I can't understand why I was ignored completely while they prepare 4 other people before my order! I watched Lidia look and me and never even speak while she prepared everyone after my order. I can not understand why I have been treated as such! 20 minutes to get help even. Pitiful

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They got my order completely wrong after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru and then when I went back after driving all the way home they had me wait another 6 minutes. Please go to another location.

I would like to recognize Romeo, a truly outstanding Panda Express team member who delivered a level of service that far exceeded our expectations during our visit today. Even though the restaurant was clearly short-staffed, Romeo demonstrated remarkable professionalism, positivity, and genuine care.

After my family and I waited for more than five minutes without being greeted, Romeo was the first and only person to acknowledge us, and he did so with a warm, sincere welcome that immediately changed the tone of our visit. He handled our order efficiently, stayed patient under pressure, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

What truly stood out was that Romeo personally brought our food to our table, ensuring everything was correct and that we had what we needed. This is not something typically expected at a fast-casual restaurant, and it showed just how dedicated he is to creating a great guest experience.

Romeo’s kindness, work ethic, and commitment reflect the very best of Panda Express values. In a moment when he had every reason to be overwhelmed, he chose to shine instead. My family and I left grateful, impressed, and wanting to make sure his efforts were recognized.

Panda Express should be extremely proud to have Romeo representing their brand.

Panda Express changed the ingredients for their orange chicken they use package sauces for it instead of using the kitchen sauce, please bring back the old flavors.

The food i got was all hot at this location. It could have been due to the time of day but I was happy to have hot food.

The line was not very long but it took a while. When I got to the window and got my food I took it without checking. That's on me. I had ordered a bowl and rangoons. There was only the bowl in the bag. They didn't even give me silverware, napkins, or a fortune cookie. I was already running late for work otherwise I would have gone back for the rangoons.

The man who serves always does it in a bad way to any customer, he does it as he wants, but today he did something so disgusting when he was charging, he rubbed his eyes, and with those same fingers without gloves he handed me my glass and the fingers inside them.
