I took my mom (87) to Panera today, she's been going to this location for years to get bagels. Today she comes our with a very large brown bag looking upset. They had literally tossed a dozen bagels into this bag. Yep, all loose and falling apart. I said "take it back" so she did. I come in a few minutes later and the cashier is putting them all haphazard into a plastic bread bag and trying to tie it (didnt know where the twist ties were). I asked for a manager. Sam, the Mgr, comes over states they are out of bagel boxes but just got the brown bags today. Lie. We call her on it and she mumbles "have a nice day" and walked to the back. Absolutely, without a doubt, terrible customer service and definitely a health code violation. If it wasn't my mom I would be so embarrassed for Sam's lack of any kindness or managerial skill. Because it is my mom, I'm pissed. Shame on you!!

Panera Bread Conroe is in a good location with great staff. I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch and chips. I have to say... the sandwich was not that good. Not bad, just not good. And the bag of chips is tiny. I mean for the price I expected more. But I would not tell someone not to go. It was ok.

Love Panera bread for the food but there is just zero hospitality at this place. Nobody welcomes you (or talks) when you come in or when you look confused. Cashier looked like she hated her life. Went to sit down & almost every table was dirty with nobody making any effort to clean any of them. Just overall super disappointing experience.

Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich was amazing. I like the bravo sauce. The Chicken Wild Rice soup was good. The lemonade was too tangy for my taste. The baguette… the baguette was almost as hard as a rock inside and out. Not sure if it because I dined in the evening or if the baguettes are always that hard and inedible.

Prices are ridiculous. $4 for a soft drink. $4 for a bagel with cream cheeses (which they don’t toast and hand you a very small tub of spread). Didn’t give me a plate. Checkout asks for a tip when you stand in line, wait for your food, get your own drink, and bus your own table.

This will be the last time we order this from this panera. I always get the bacon mac n cheese and every single time we get it delivered they never put the bacon. We pay extra for the bacon mac n cheese and every single time we end up paying for bacon mac n cheese just to end up getting just regular mac n cheese. Don't order from here.

Ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt and it legit had one small slice of avocado on only one half of the whole sandwich. With the prices they charge that’s just pathetic. Do better!

I ordered online through the app for a curbside order for breakfast. I ordered three breakfast sandwiches and received three breakfast sandwiches, but when I arrived home, I learned two were wrong and not what I had ordered. I ordered two vegetarian egg and cheese croissant sandwiches, but they both came with bacon. I understand mistakes happen and it is frustrating when they do. However, Panera seems unwilling to take feedback. I tried to report the mistake through the app, but there is no way to do that. The store's phone number is not listed on the receipt so I googled it to call. However the phone rang for over a minute and then disconnected without any answer. This is highly disappointing.
