This is the dirtiest Panera I’ve ever been in. The tables were dirty, the walls were gross, the floor was wet. They weren’t busy, they could have had an employee straighten up. We ordered at the kiosk and it said go to the counter for cups. We waited in line to get cups, get to the register and the cashier had no idea what cups to give, instead of looking I had to go ask at another counter for him.

They were out of the broccoli cheddar soup (at 4:30pm) and when we asked what was in a different soup, they had no idea. On the bright side, the cashier was very friendly.

This is the 2nd time this happens at this location. I sat at the drive thru for sometime unable to place an order. Drove to the window and sat there for a couple minutes still no help. It was clearly open. Maybe they have a staff issue I don't know, but I'm not wasting my time here again.

I had a disappointing experience at this Panera location. I ordered for dine-in at the kiosk, and it took 30 minutes for my food to be ready—far longer than expected. The order status board showed my food as “ready” when it wasn’t, which only added to the confusion.
I noticed my mac and cheese sitting in the window for 10 minutes while my caprese sandwich sat on the counter near the stove. It wasn’t until much later that I realized they had burned the sandwich and were remaking it, but no one informed me of the delay. When it finally arrived, it was missing tomatoes—just lettuce and cheese. When another customer inquired about the missing tomatoes on their order, an employee casually responded, “We don’t have those,” yet no effort was made to inform customers beforehand.
By the time I received my food, my mac and cheese was lukewarm, and the overall experience left much to be desired. Poor communication, long wait times, and lack of attention to food quality made this visit frustrating. I expect better from Panera and hope they improve their service.

So service and atmosphere were zeros , there was plenty of people on staff while the food was okay. The overall experience wasn't , the drink station and the dining area was really dirty. No one cleaned tables or wiped anything done while me and my family ate a little brunch. There were fruit flies around the pastries at the front. Sticky gunk around the drink station where the sugar packets were supposed to be thoses black containers look like it they haven't been washed. For it being around noon and not that busy the same tables that were dirty when we got there shouldn't of been dirty when we left. Will definitely be dining at another Panera location next time.

I went to Panera Bread a couple nights ago to get my elderly mother some dinner.They made the wrong salad which happens.I called the restaurant and was told d to bring it back and they'd make the right salad I checked it and again it was wrong so again I went back there.Online it said open until 9:30 p.m.I arrived there at 8:50 p.m and the doors were locked so I knocked and they finally opened the door and remade the salad a 3rd time.I looked at the picture of the salad and it looked correct but turns out the lettuce was wrong and there was a ingredient missing.My mother finally said forget it she'd just eat anyway cause she was hungry and she didn't want me making a4th trip up there.

Went through drive thru tonight for dinner Menu light is out (that’s fine) we pulled it up on our phones. Took a while.. looks to be only teenagers running the restaurant. Forgot one of our food items. Got our order wrong. Unfortunately not the first time this location has forgotten our items..

We have ordered Panera several times for delivery thru their website and all the times there is always an item missing. That only means, whoever manage that store.....DO NOT CARE for fixing the same problems.......These events have happened to us in 2023, 2024 and today (2025).......so my advice to you is DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE.
UPDATE today after I received the missing items They forgot to send the Mediterranean Veggie sandwiches and they were all saggy, they didnt have enough of the items they were supposed to have. OVERALL, SAVE YOURSELF FROM ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE.......IT ALREADY HAS 3.4 ON AVERAGE THAT TELLS YOU I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE RECOMMENDING YOU TO BE AWAY FROM HERE.

I don't eat at fast food a lot, so I don't know about how this compares to other places. But it seems kind of aging and not as clean as it could be. The workers were polite but didn't have great enthusiasm like I've seen in the past. I come here because the you can get cleaner food than other places. And the dark roast coffee is pretty good.
Just terrible... Feel like they dont care. They curse all the time. Take absolutely forever to make anything...Not sure why the managers have jobs their, they obviously dont give a flying donkey about their profession. A 10 year old could run that store better.... but hay...its not like it going to change...

Not a welcoming location to apply for a job. The phone will pick up and can hear the background then it hangs up. I hope this isn't an action taken on purpose because if so, that is very rude and reflects poorly on this establishment. Grateful there are other locations.
