The food was really good that I got. But when i received my meal I didnt get my cookie that I ordered. After I finished my meal I tried to ask if they could get the chocolate chip cookie I ordered but the workers didn't notice me or tell me what I needed.

Really sad location. I love Panera so much, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they close this location soon. They were literally sold out of everything from baguettes to French onion soup to every drink besides green tea. No pagers at the kiosks and portions are getting smaller. Staff not super friendly either

This place has really gone downhill. They are pretty much out of everything, and it takes forever to get anything ordered. Hopefully, they will replace this place with something better.

The croissant is flaky and melt in the mouth and I always like to sit there and eat as I can smell the aroma of bread/ muffins being baked. I love all the muffins there and can’t be partial to one type as I have a sweet tooth.Vegetarian options: Croissant, bagel, muffins, cookies don’t contain any meat.

If I could give zero stars I would. They seriously need to close this location. I pulled into the drive thru and waited several minutes and the order box with no one saying a word. So I drove to the window think maybe the box was out. I waited several minutes there, even saw an employee look over but no one came to the window. So, giving another break I walked inside. Approaching the counter, I find three employees standing there chit chatting. I asked if their drive thru was working to which one replied “oh it’s very hectic, so I’m not sure”. There was a single person in line but me and maybe 4 tables of people. So I asked if they had any blueberry bagels and was sarcastically told “doesn’t look like it”. Up to this point I had been kind but everyone has a limit. I told them never mind, I could take my business elsewhere and they should consider closing. So just a heads up, avoid this location.

I do not recommend using this location. Especially over the lunch hour. This place cannot be considered fast food, it took 25 minutes to get my food from the time I ordered. Needless to say I was late returning to work!

Not all options available at other Panera store are available at this particular outlet especially in beverages. Sip club is super nice.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options but the taste is okay. Not too nice. Broccoli Cheddar soup is very nice when hot.

Used to be a good place.Often no bakery, coffee sucks.
Pissed as hell. We order from here all the time using ubereats. I usually get the turkey chili, which typically comes with a ton of stuff in it, and my husband gets some of their sandwiches, and loves their lemon cookies. The last couple of times we ordered the turkey chili we noticed that the amount of actual ingredients in it (turkey, beans, chickpeas, etc.), was less, but we let it go.We just ordered another one today for my lunch, and what we got was laughable. It's mostly meat broth, with barely ANYTHING IN IT. Like literally, you take the spoon to stir it, and the amount of "stuff" in it maybe amounts to two tablespoons. The rest is just liquid.I called to speak to a manager, and a young guy answered friendly and politely and put me on hold. I waited...and waited...and waited...and finally hung up. I can now see by the other reviews that this place is going downhill. Wish they'd get their act together, as we've always loved ordering from here, but that's going to change if this keeps up.Came back to edit my post...read more of their reviews, and we'll definitely not be ordering from here anymore. Lots of complaints about the place being dirty, trash everywhere, horrible, rude service, employees standing around either chatting or looking at their phones, the list goes on. We're done.

It’s really dark and gloomy in there. We came like an hour before closing, ordered something simple, macaroni&cheese and a salad. There was no salad. They were out of lettuce, so I just purchased the mac & cheese which was supposed to have the broccoli in it and the last time I ate the macaroni&cheese at another Panera bread, it was yellow cheese with broccoli I paid $13 for a small bowl of white macaroni cheese with no broccoli. And our food sat behind the counter for 15 minutes while they were talking.

I ordered half turkey bacon avocado sandwich with broccoli soup. The sandwich had a few bacon bits, two small pieces of turkey and a big chunk of avocado. When I spoke with the manager, he proceeded to grab a handful of turkey and place it on the sandwich which was on the plate in my hand as I was talking to him. The fresh juice machines weren't working and the place wasn't clean. The salt and pepper packets were wet in the cubbies as well.

This franchise is disgusting, everything it’s dirty, the windows, the tables walls etc. somebody has to take care of. Inspections has to come an see this place.
