Today was exceptionally a good day for Papa Johns pizza. it was still warm when I got home. Very good and they even had it ready as soon as I got there. They gave a discount. Pizza was fantastic!

I’d ordered a pizza off of the website for delivery, and upon dropoff two delivery people greeted me instead of one. My issue is that neither employee decided to wait to tell me what had happened with my pizza, and after receiving the order they both immediately left. I opened the box and to my surprise my pizza was utterly destroyed, half of it barely edible with a fork. It looked as though it was dropped or half of the toppings were sprawled on the ceiling of the cardboard box. Very disappointed. One of which was a girl in shorts & the other seemed to be her boyfriend who ACTUALLY worked there.

Khan delivered our pizza and saw my sign about sleeping babies and he called and left me a voicemail letting me know he delivered it and I thought that was so sweet. Most people knock or ring even though it asks not to. Or they leave it and we have no idea it's there. So I really appreciate the extra effort. Thank you so much for being kind. Also our order was correct and the pizza was good. Thank you!

I ordered food from the N Loop E location. I got my order delivered and was missing a 10 piece wing. My husband opened the door so he didn't know what I ordered. When I seen the food, I realized the wings were missing and the driver was gone. I called the location and pressed the option to speak with the manager. The line hung up on me 3 times. I finally pressed the option to place an order just so I could speak with someone, the guy who answered couldn't help and only said that he could take my new order , that I would have to pay AGAIN for the missing wings and the delivery fee. He gave me the customer service 800 number. And they said someone will call me 48 hours. So, here I am, missing food for my family dinner, no refund and still not answers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant. I waited over 3 hours for food I never received. After the first hour, I called and was told the driver would arrive in 5 minutes. Thirty minutes later—still nothing. They claimed they’d remake the order and send it out again. Nearly three hours after ordering, I called once more, only to be met with rudeness. No apology, no explanation—just someone placing the phone down and refusing to speak to me. I stayed on the line for 20 minutes listening to them in the background while they ignored me. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.

Awesome like always when i get a chance to order. food was just the way i wanted it cut, square cut and extra saucy.
We’ve gotten delivery two times recently and the food has almost been too hot to eat, in a good way. Everything is fresh. They’ve been very prompt in delivering and we haven’t had any issues.

Called in order they where very busy. I had to wait a while but that's ok we love Papa John's on Hwy 336. Pizza was great. Papa John's on 242 is also great.

Took 20+ mins just for them to start cooking are food and turn around and they wouldn't deliver it after 5pm when we've had it deliver at 9pm here before only a coupke weeks ago actually so waited 1 hour and 30 minutes just to have them turn around and make us cancel the order the manger at this location needs to be fired and some of the staff way to slow and one of the staff I talked to was very rude when calling to make sure my order is made right bc they messed it up the pass 3 times so I don't recommend this location to anyone
