Can’t say anything about the food but I placed an order around 7:22, was suppose to arrive at 8:10. Sadly the guy arrived around 8:55, I responded with an email and a recorded phone call to cancel around 8:30 without any answer, I was already going to close my store at this time. I’ll change my 1 star to a 2, only because an employee named Richard came by to apologize. I appreciate that.

This location is very hit or miss too often. Today I got pizza that didn't taste like papa johns at all.. Pizza sauce tasted like they got it out of the can from the grocery store and the dough even tasted like they bought it from elsewhere. Not fresh at all. Very bad tasting.

App is terrible technologically. Tried to place an order online twice and couldn’t pay because I wanted to pay with cash. Had a very difficult time understanding the person on the phone.

Come in the store to pick a delivery order. Only door open was the side door being prop open by a cone. Come in the door and star to call for help. No one was present at the counter or the kitchen. When someone came out told me he could have me arrested for coming in the store. When I ask him if the store was available he told me to leave. Bad experience from my point of view. A different person was more understanding and found the delivery pizza I was looking for.

2.5 hours to get my order and when I finally did everything was cold. Top it off with the delivery driver shoving my stuff at me, dropping stuff saying we are having to take triple orders. Will no longer be ordering from Papa Johns again!
While ordering through the app during peak times, I understand I have to wait almost an hour for the pizza. What I got, however, was not worth the wait. It was a simple, no frills order of cheesesticks and pepperoni pizza. The cheesesticks were mostly bread with a sprinkling of cheese and the pepperoni pizza was comparatively the same, just with sauce and pepperoni. The service rating is mostly for the convenience of the app so I don't have to call in to a seemingly improperly trained employee. I typically like Papa John's, but this location is always found wanting.
Gave this store a second shot, but no improvement in quality or service. Waited 2+ hours for a single pizza.

Tried to place an order online and the app glitched and wouldn’t move forward, but my husbands card was charged so I called the store to make sure they got it and that it would be on the way. Except I didn’t. Get through on the phone, no one answered it would pick up and hang up. After trying to get through, I said I’ll just drive up there, I live about 15-18 min away depending on traffic….. I got there and they were slammed.. I was patient I tried to explain to the lady at the front what happened, the gentleman (Brian) asked for my name and address and said they had my order.i was very mad about having to get out in the rain, because that’s why we paid the delivery fees to avoid it. I waited 10-15 min at the counter while waiting for someone to just tell me if they had my order and where it was. I explained that I tried to call, he said “ well sorry I don’t have anyone to grab it” when he finally has time to get up to the front I asked for a refund, he explained that the order was out or the driver was out but that they couldn’t refund it until they run the batch at the end of the night.
This is completely unacceptable and it’s 1.5hours after I’ve ordered and no pizza and I left the store without a refund. This is awful customer service and completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I try to give grace where I can, but this was too much. This store needs staffing or a better ordering system… technology can’t do everything for you. Very disappointed and very unsure on if we will return.

ordered a pizza tonight to an apartment complex that the gate is always open… once the driver arrived the first thing he said is you haven’t updated your phone number on the app. ok my bad didn’t realize i hadn’t done that. i attempted to hand him a cash tip at which point he asked if i could tip on card because he doesn’t like to carry cash he has ptsd from being robbed…..? when i told him no im not able to tip on card he continued to ask me 3 more times if i could just tip on the card. (i cannot it’s a company card) he then finally handed me the pizza and asked again to just write in the tip instead of giving him cash before leaving…. sooooo unprofessional!!! if you don’t want the tip i’ll gladly keep it but since when do people get to ask for the tip how they want it!?! pizza was also lukewarm at best. very very disappointed!!

This place is amazing the young tall gentleman there was extremely nice and helpful the pizza and cheese sticks were great. They all work well as a team and the store is spotless. Best papa John I honestly have been to. Kudos !
