Waited over an hour for 1 pizza and didn’t even want it anymore because the guy who delivered it was sitting in his car smoking cigarettes for 10 mins and I had to go downstairs and find him. Would not recommend getting anything delivered.

We’ve ordered delivery 3 times and they’ve always got our order correct and it arrives within the timeframe they gave. One time they forgot our soda, but I called and they sent it right over. I love how easy it is to order online.

I ordered multiple times from this place and it's disappointing I asked for extra pepperchines and garlic sauce and they didn't give it to me and this has happened multiple times and they don't deliver to my address which is dumb because my house is like 15 minutes away i don't understand why they can't drive out 15 minutes I know the pizza might be cold but still and also I can't give it zero stars that's dumb

I’ve ordered here several times. I threatened a while back to stop and go somewhere else, after screw after screw up on my order, and the manager called asking us to stay. The past 2 orders were complete screw ups. Last time, they forgot a whole pizza, said they’d bring it, after an hour they hadn’t even made it yet when I called. This time they didn’t put toppings on one of our pizzas and gave us boneless wings instead of bone in on one order of wings. They constantly forget your drinks. We are done. Do NOT order from this location… unless you want your food screwed up or forgotten about. What a mess. 0 stars.

I made a order for a pizza one hour in advance with my PayPal account for delivery and later found out that I could get a free pizza on Saturday. Tried to call and get the free pizza. They told me to go to the app and I went to the app and they told me to call the store to make the changes and nothing ever happened. I never got my free pizza.

Terrible!!I have been waiting in the store for over an hour to pick up a carry out once I made it to the register they realized they never put my pizza in the oven no excuses

I ordered 4 pizzas, 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, and 2 sausage. I had a lot of complaints about the sausage pizza. No one liked it. Said it tasted gross. I called the store and tried to explain the situation to the store. Didn’t get a chance to talk to the manager, Josh, but was told by a very nice employee that he said there was nothing he can do and to just not order from them again. I find it strange that a manager without hearing directly from a customer would be so dismissive. Terrible product and customer service. 1/10 would not recommend. Not just being a poopy pants. Really just kinda offended.

Ordered twice from this location on behalf of my coworkers and I. Both times after paying, I received a call that no delivery driver was available & our only option was pick up. We work at a local ER, so dropping everything to pick up the pizza isn’t an option. Will continue to use other options going forward.
