A perfect spot if you are caraving French (or European in general) vibe and flavors. I miss my home, so I love going there. The food just tastes differently (better in my opinion😅😁). Everything I've tried so far (breakfast options, pastries, sandwiches, crepes, pizza, etc.), was great and the staff is friendly and attentive.

As someone who was visiting from Louisiana, I recommend checking this place out! The breakfast crepes were very delicious, and I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff who were there. Their iced coffees are also great. Plus, the atmosphere of the place was very welcoming and pleasant. If you need a local place to go to breakfast and happen to be in the area, GO HERE!

Last week, we visited Paulette Cafe, and it was our fourth time there, but each visit continues to impress! Owner Natalie creates such a welcoming atmosphere that it feels like coming home.
Our waiter, Colby, was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Emily, too, was fantastic, bringing her charm, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
I decided to indulge in the ham and cheese crepe, it exceeded my expectations. My husband had the croque madame, which he absolutely loved, praising its rich flavors and perfect execution.
Every visit to Paulette Cafe reaffirms why we keep coming back. The combination of delightful food and exceptional service makes it a must-visit spot. If you’re looking for a cozy place with consistently great offerings, this cafe is the perfect choice! Highly recommend!

Food was mostly good, their croissants were a bit stale. There was a wait time when we got there, which was fine. However, 2 other pairs or people got there and we all got seated at the same time but they all got their food before us. Prices were a bit steep as well.

Stumbled on this incredible place! The pepperoni pizza was very good with a nice, soft crust. The croque madam was our favorite. The quiche Lorraine was also delicious ‐ oniony, buttery, and flaky! The whipped parmesan mousse is a must try. For dessert we had the neopolitan, a chocolate croissant, and hazelnut filled beignet. All were delicious but our favorite was the beignet. We will definitely be making the drive from Houston to come back!

Had a brilliant breakfast/lunch here. Lovely greeting when we walked in. Coffee was excellent. Husband had the quiche and said it was the best ever. Our cheerful server, Chris, was very nice to let me order the chicken and bacon crepes without the chicken, and he even talked the chef into adding extra bacon instead.
