I have been going to this place for over 15 years and has been one of my favorites. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to dine there. When I walked in , my initial impression was of utter disappointment . With minimal patrons present , all the tables were dirty . A table had to be cleaned to sit down . Staff seemed very uninterested in helping keep the area clean or attend to those who just walked in . Food was marginal. The croissant for the sandwich was old and dried out. They removed the fountain drink machine. The chicken vegetable soup was actually made w beef. Such a shame that what once was a darling quaint restaurant with excellent food has turned into what it was today .

My husband and I chose to come to this place for our anniversary. We enjoy the food and the ambiance so we thought it was the perfect place. We walked up to the counter and were looking at the menu. We had two girls tell us to sit down and that a server will be with us. We proceeded to wait 20 minutes and got completely ignored. The servers were taking care of everyone else that came in after us. We just got up and walked out.

Was very disappointed in this place today. I called in my order at 11:38. They told me 15-20 minutes. I arrived at 12:05, which gave them 25 minutes to prepare a side salad and half chicken salad sandwich. They were not busy. I saw 4 sat tables on the inside with 2 sat tables on the out side. Most of which already had there food. I had to asked about my togo order after standing there for 10 minutes. The food was good but this is ridiculous to take that long for what I ordered. I will not be going back. Tried to have a quick lunch break and it took way to long in my opinion. I'll attach a picture of the small about of food that took half an hour to get out. RIDICULOUS.

I love this place. The coffee, tea, and food is always fantastic. The pies are simply out of this world. It's a halfway point to meet with my daughters, so we are often sitting at the tables for a very long time chatting. We never feel rushed out. Try the Blueberry pie. You won't regret it.

This place is wonderful! It is so cute, cozy, and welcoming. The food was wonderful and I can’t wait to come back for more. It reminded me a bit of the pie shop from the show Pushing Daisies! I had a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with a side of baked potato soup. It tasted like it was made with love!

Called last time this happened and was offered the option to drive to Pie in the Sky to get my correct order. Will never order again from this restaurant

Took my family for a late lunch yesterday, which was Sunday about an hour before they close walked in was greeted by the waitress. She cleaned the table for us, which was five of us and told us that our waitress would be with us in a few moments we waited for about 10 minutes, the lady that set us.ask the waitress that was assigned to our table if she was going to help us and she said no, she was busy talking to customers at another table. I feel bad for the other waitress. She said she was supposed to be off, but she went ahead and took her order anyways which is very nice but the other one I don’t know how she can keep her job there. maybe she’s the owners daughter. at that time we should’ve got up and just left, but we’re not that way. We wanted to try a new restaurant. Service like that I don’t know how the management didn’t come out and talk to that waitress she just sit there and talk to those customers almost the whole time we were eating our lunch good luck staying in business

Friends, If you're looking for one of the friendliest places to buy some sweet fresh pies, this is it! We've come to this unique place a handful of times now. The cashiers are sweet and friendly. It feels like grandma's kitchen in a way. The atmosphere is wonderful ! On this particular day we were helped by Ms. Sydney. She exuded such genuine care in her greeting , making us feel like home while she fully answered our questions and also helping us check out. I highly recommend this place!

I called in 30 minutes ahead of time and ordered a side salad. When I arrived, on time, they tried to charge me full price for a full salad. I explained that I ordered a side salad and explained that to the gentleman that took my order. The lady at the register told me he was new and she told me they would give me the whole salad at the side salad price which I agreed was very nice of them. While I waited for them to give me my salad I text my co-worker that I had lunch for her since they made a mistake. After waiting almost 10 more minutes I asked the lady at the register were my salad was since I had ordered it over 30 minutes ago. She told me they were re-making it since it had sat there and got soggy. When they brought it to me it was the side salad. I have no problem with the order being remade but they should have told me. I had already told my co-worker I was bringing her a salad so I expected the larger one which they told me they would give me. They never said they were remaking it . I think this is bad customer service and they need to communicate with their customers since I was standing there waiting.
