Michael was very rude. He sat at another table doing his sidework and left us sitting there. After 30 mins of ignoring us, a dishwasher asked us if we needed anything. We told him we needed to be waited on. Another server said oh Michael you’re down. Micheal then rolled his eyes and said NO I’m not waiting on them and walked out.

i am going to be fair and only rate down the middle for this new set up here. you still have things to figure out. the person behind the counter cannot be the only waiter for the cafe. it doesn't work. this gentleman is running back and forth doing his best. 5 tables of customers. a line at the counter. one dude doing refills, orders, pies, bringing out food?. this worked okay when you didn't have sit service. which pauses my question... why did you build space for a nice straight line at the counter only to tell everyone to be seated and wait for waiter? decor is only as good as the music. this music is offputting and weird. i can't even describe it. think about your branding. this isn't it. it sounds like music behind trendy commercials. IT IS FREEZING in here. I came to warm up with breakfast and coffee, but it isn't possible in here. The view out my window I am sure you will improved next time.

I purchased a chocolate cream pie today for Thanksgiving. I was excited to try this pie despite the ridiculous price of it. Why I paid $25 for a pie is beyond me but it's too late to go backwards. The pie was ok. Nothing special about it. Could use more chocolate flavor to be honest but that is not what even upsets me about the pie. The fact that some foreign object was in my pie is why I'm upset. I am not even sure what it is. It honestly looks like floss. At first I thought, maybe it's just part of the crust?? But no, once we wiped the pie off the piece, it was white and looks like floss. Whether it is or isn't, I'm not sure but that is disgusting. I don't want to eat string or floss especially when I paid $25 for a freaking pie. I will never eat anything from here again.

Man this place has gone down hill. They used to have all kinds of pies and now they just...don't. All the ones I liked they got rid of or you have to special order them. They even used to make custom orders. They don't do that anymore. Just disappointing. Whatever happened they need to fix it.

I purchased 3 different types of pies thinking they would be good from the ratings and it being a pie shop. First of all what pie shop puts preservatives in the “fresh pies” the ingredients are listed. Anyways the pies taste like store bought cafeteria pies. If it’s homemade I would look into better ingredients. The crust is 100 percent not homemade. It is store bought pre baked. Just get pies from HEB because they’re better!

We ordered breakfast tacos and chicken with waffles. The spicy honey was delicious and the chicken was very crisp. The waffle could have used a little more toasting or fluffing, however I still recommend giving it a try. Marissa was a great waitress to our table. She had great energy, was very helpful and attentive. I will be returning for a quick breakfast stop again in the future.

On Friday, 11/14, we were seated and prepared to order at 1:35 and a young woman told us that the kitchen would be closed at 2pm. I said that this wouldn’t be a problem because we would order quickly and the young woman responded that she would be happy to bring us pie but that we couldn’t order from the kitchen. If your kitchen closes at 2, this employee needs to learn what that means.
The food was really good, and our server, Delaine, was super friendly and provided amazing service. It's a very cute setup, and the tables had little questions that were fun to do with the table.

We stopped in for a quick bite on our way home, and let me tell you......... This hidden gem was fantastic. The menu has a great variety of options to fit all taste buds. We ordered the Lime Cilantro wrap w/ chicken veggie soup & the Ruben w/ sweet potato fries. The flavors were on point and amazed us at just how delicious it all was. We shared a slice of the Buttermilk Vanilla Pecan pie & it took every ounce of strength not to take a whole pie home.
Please development a location in Mont Belvieu so I can visit more.
