Besides being a Pepsi-Co company, Pizza Hut pizza is just ok. We paid $40.00 for two large pizzas that were seemingly smaller than what we get for less at Marsala's. We placed the order in the app and picked it up. The lasyt that rang us up on the register had to have been the manager, she was more mature and with it than the other guy in the kitchen. She wasn't rude, but she wasn't friendly either. Kinda like she was bothered that we made her work.

I AM THE OWNER OF A STATE LICENSED SERVICE ANIMAL WHICH ALLOWS ME ACCESS TO ANY FOOD SERVICE BUSINESS IN TX. Tammy came out to the area upon my entrance to tell me that no animals were allowed on the premises regardless of the laws where service animals are concerned. I told her that my dog was a service animal and she stated that it didn't matter. I will file a complaint with the authorities.

I had ordered a pizza, but I had gotten a disappointment instead. Pizza was stuck to the cardboard. 2 inch gaps between the crust and what looks like just a tomato sauce and then the cheese. Absolutely lack of work ethic if this is what usually comes out.

This is your typical carryout Pizza Hut neighborhood store. Nothing fancy. My order was ready on time and was made fresh. The employees aren't very friendly here. Doesn't matter, though, my pizza was good. Why can't people just be a little nicer?

I am writing concerning a recent online delivery order. I regrettably received an incorrect pizza order at first. Although the correct pizzas were delivered approximately one hour afterward, the remainder of my order, which included the pasta, breadsticks, and wings, had unfortunately become cold during the interim. 👎🏽
This place is ass buster 5000! I ordered my food 30min before. When I arrive I hear them say they have to put the cheese sticks in and then I ask the guy about my pizza and he says they’re not done yet. But online my order said “done” 🤦🏿♂️ screenshot for proof. I’m in the store writing this. Pick a different Pizza Hut. One that’s not going to waste your time for mid food. I’ll definitely be doing a review on my youtube channel!!!

Make the pizza nice and fresh! Hire better professional employees that are more helpful. Also if there is a problem with my order they should fix it and it does not matter if it was online or person. The lady was very rude and unhelpful. She had a nasty attutide and had a face that did not care. She made every excuse not to fix my order. I been to other pizza huts were my online order was wrong and they fix it with no problem. She was wanted to charge me a a new pizza. After i said i had no more money. She stood there with the i dont care face. I dont know they have some one like her working there she should not work in customer service. Also alot of there employees were just standing there watching everything instead of working. This is the wrost experince ever and you can not even get a hold of the store manager directly to get help or file a complaint. This location so far is the worst ever in service and making fresh food.

Had pizza delivered. $20 stuffed crust and boneless wings deal, two melts, pasta, and cheesy bread. The melts were, by far, the best thing. Cheesy bread was overcooked. I prefer the cheese a little more gooey. Wings were ok. Stuffed crust pizza was ehhh. Food was cold. The “bacon” in meat lovers melt was mostly chunks of fat (see photo). Food total was $48. With tax, delivery fee, and driver tip, total was $70. Too much money for the quality of food, in my opinion.

“Tammy” kept hanging up on me when I was trying to ask why my order was not ready when I had already received confirmation that it was. When I was finally able to reach her again, she told me my order was set for pickup at 6:45 pm when I have proof that it was placed for 5:30pm. Very unprofessional and rude lady and for some reason this location always seems to mess my orders up. Unfortunately it is the nearest one to my house. Do better , Pizza Hut.
