We went to the wrong Pizza Hut to pick up our pizzas. I didn't know why the app picked the one on the other end of town instead of the one half a mile from my house. But the guys were really friendly.

Pizza Hut needs to go back to having their own delivery drivers. Door Dash is trash and never brings a complete order. Then I have to drive to the location myself to pick it up. Why am I having to tip and pay a delivery fee just to have to go all the way there to pick up the rest of my food. Happens every time

The Wings had no sauce and where no where near burning hot. They were super dry I’m not sure if the recipe was changed but it was 100% not worth buying. Writing this on 07/06/25

One of the cleanest Pizza Huts i’ve ever been to. Very Accommodating, and helpful.
After we got our order ticket #0046 we noticed that our Order was wrong. My two My Hut Box orders was supposed to be the same on each but wasn't. Only 1 was correct but mine wasn't. My Box Ck Bacon Ranch was not a My Hut Box as their were no Boneless Ribs in the Box. I also had a side order of the Boneless Ribs which was ordered separately and wasn't with the order either. All the Boneless Ribs on the one correct order were bad and my Pizza Melts were very hard and unacceptable. Please correct and resend my order as we didn't have any single order of the Boneless Ribs. So very disappointed 😞 and need it corrected. We're Homeless with very little money and needed what I ordered to have extra food for another day for the two of us to have extra food. Can you help us???

Said that they no longer deliver that they use Door Dash. Left the pizza on the porch in front of the door. Never knocked or rang the bell. It doesn't say that they no longer deliver on the website. It was 1 hour and a half before we looked and it said it had been delivered.

I recently spent $189 on pizza and wings from this location to treat my coworkers and me. Unfortunately, the entire experience—from placing the order to receiving the food—was disappointing.
First, I attempted to order online multiple times, but the app kept glitching, forcing me to place the order over the phone. The customer service I received was poor; the representative was short with me, rushed me through the process, and was dismissive of my questions. When I inquired about using coupons or deals, she refused to honor them because the order was placed by phone.
When I picked up the food, I was even more disappointed. The pizzas were burnt and lacked toppings, even though I ordered premium options like Meat Lovers and Supremes. Given the high price, I expected much better quality. To top it off, the staff asked if I wanted to tip the cook, which felt inappropriate considering the circumstances.
This experience was unacceptable. I recommend avoiding this location. For better service and quality, consider visiting the location on the north end or ordering from another chain like Papa John’s.
*And the only reason I don’t have pictures is bc I work in a place where phones allowed.*.
