Idk who they paid for a 3.5 but that's absolutely false I've never had a worse pizza from pizza hut in a Long time the kids wouldn't even eat it the bottom is full of rips and holes and almost see through like a grease sponge it was wet and gross as well as paper thin. The world's worst pizza and it isn't even close. On the phone for 20 min trying to get a refund only to be told I have to drive all the way back over there with the pizza I stopped by there on my way home I live in a dif city. They are incapable of giving me a refund even though I'm over 25 min away and am begging to show them this trash pizza over video and picture and they won't have it. You won't ever get me like that again. you do what you have to to fix the issue (including giving someone a refund that lives in another city without making them drive back over there) y'all have a MASSIVE quality control issue and let type of product go out the door and do not care. That staff is incapable of operating properly or resolving customer issues, the reviews speak for themselves. I'd be horrified if I owned this location.

Pizza is usually overly saucy and super shiesty with the cheese. Over all the pizza quality is poor as well as the boneless wings, tbh nothing made at this store is ever consistent. They’ll even replace your order they messed up previously with another messed up order, how ridiculous! The manager is never helpful & always rude, I’d avoid this location all together. The owner is not any better in all actuality cause they don’t care themselves to address anyone’s issue or to hire a new manager that’s capable of running a store correctly. Pizza here is honestly terribly made. The other 336 location is way better I suggest placing orders there instead for consistency.

If I could give this place zero stars I would but I didn’t have that option . My experience was terrible . I called in for a large pizza and a 2 ltr. drink and I Never received it , it was never delivered. I even called the store twice to doublecheck and make sure that they had the correct address and that they were aware that the pizza was for delivery and they confirmed that all the information was correct and still no pizza . It is not the first time that they have delivered to my place. We ordered from there all the time And when I called the store hours later, asking about my food, the store never picked up my call .

I placed an order for curbside delivery. When I push the button to say I was here, it takes me to another button that says to call the store. I called several times on the phone just rang and rang and rang. When I brought this up to I guess the person that supposed to be the manager or lead, his response was.”we only have a couple of people.” I get this! if you are short staffed, don’t offer curbside service. If I knew, I wasn’t going to get curbside service I would not have paid a tip.

Placed an online order for delivery. I request different flavors of drinks got all Dr. Pepper. This was for my kids that don't drink caffeine. Call to cancel the order after receiving a text from Doordash that they were delivering my order. I can't stand Doordash because they feel obligated to a tip, therefore I will not use their services.
