Ordered pizza for my birthday, paid extra for pineapple on a super supreme, didn't get the pineapple! That was the one part of the whole 70.00 order I was looking forward to! Toppings on the super supreme and on our pasta dish were crispy, not quite burnt. As someone who has problems with their teeth, crunchy topping is not what I wanted to eat on my birthday. I'm a repeat customer, I order at least every 2 weeks. Sometimes every week. Is it too much to ask that I get at least 1 order with nothing wrong?! Not to mention I got charged extra for something I did not receive!! Whether I was charged 200.00 or simply 0.25, I was charged for something I did not receive. At least this time my whole order wasn't wrong.

The pizza was decent, about what you’d expect from Pizza Hut. What stood out most was Jennifer’s great service; she was super friendly and helpful. This spot makes a solid choice if you’re not near the Waukegan location.

Extremely rude woman behind the counter here on 6/5 around 1:30. Apparently she got angry that I asked if there was a bathroom, so she left the wings off my pickup order. The Karen'ing is strong here. Beware.

We called this location on the way home because it was in route and ordered 1 large thin crust pizza, 1 order of wings and cheese bread/sticks. When we got there we waited about 15 minutes or so and then they finally brought out our pizza and cheese bread however forgot our wings so my husband had to go back in and say “we also ordered wings”. Then we got those as well. Other than that the pizza was good.

Our pizza looked like the box had been tipped. Pizza was all on one side. So perhaps make sure the box stays level.
My husband loves Pizza Hut's bone-in wings, which surprises me since he's not fond of eating chicken in the first place. The mild buffalo sauce is top shelf. It's not too hot and it has a little burn to it. I don't eat spicy foods but I like this sauce. I prefer the garlic parmesan sauce on my bone-out wings. Good food, good service, highly recommend!

Why do customers need to pay for Ranch/Sauce when ordering these expensive WINGS, now needing more than what comes what order is understandable! Jennifer who so happens to be running restaurant tonight is not very Customer Service accountable/responsible/and not FRIENDLY at all! I wish I could have taken a picture of the Supreme Pizza! The meats looked like the game of tic tac toe! Just sad to have 5 toppings off NOTHING! We actually drove to get SCREWED!

Besides waiting for 2 hours, I call this so called establishment to see where my 60 dollar ORDER was. The manager answered was very rude after I told her I hadn't gotten my order. She very rudly said "yeah you did". I never did never got a return and I EVEN PUT IT IN THE NOTE FOR THE DRIVE TO CALL. NO CALL I HAVE MY PHONE LOG. I wouldn't order from somewhere where they clearly don't care about their customers which pay their paychecks. Disgusting.

Probably the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to or ordered from. I feel like a lot of these reviews are either fake or made my employees.
I’ve ordered from here multiple times, because it’s so close to us, and each time I’ve been more disappointed than the last. They NEVER give enough sauce. Even when you select extra sauce in the app, the pizza is dry as hell. I always select in the app or in the comments that I want the pizza ‘well done’, and it’s always undercooked or floppy. The topping distribution is fine, but it’s like they have a sauce shortage or something.
They also frequently forget items or don’t give them to us. Tonight I ordered mozzarella sticks and was given French fries and didn’t notice till I got back home.
We moved nearby in June, and I’ve ordered from here probably 4-6 times. Each time hoping that they finally got their act together, but nope. Always dry undercooked pizza. I know times are tough right now, but for a $63 order I expect enough sauce that I can actually SEE it on the slice. My wife genuinely thought I ordered the pizza without sauce and got frustrated before I showed her my order.
I love Pizza Hut, but this location sucks. I mean that’s the simple truth??♂️ I had better pizza when I was deployed overseas and pepperoni wasn’t even available, because the contractors couldn’t touch pork.
And as someone that’s worked at a pizza place, I can tell you it’s not difficult to make decent pizza. Just add a couple extra ounces of sauce and increase the cook time by like 30 seconds. I promise it won’t bankrupt you.
The boneless wings were okay, no complaints. But they also come frozen to the store.
