Ok so normally I don't eat at pi?za hut but as a special request of my daughter we decided to call our order in to pizza hut by our house. I was assured it would be 20 mins so I waited 30 to leave. When I got there the guy who took my order couldn't even figure out what order is mine. I waited an additional hour when my food was ready cause he had no idea what was going on as everyone else was doing their best to get orders out. I wouldn't usually complain as I've worked this industry but more training needs to be put in place. As everyone else was moving to get stuff our he stood at the register/computer acting like he was doing something but I know he was staring at a blank screen. Step it up. I'd Haye for him to have worked the buffet pizza hut in magnolia.

Angela, the manager at this location, has a terrible attitude towards customers who have complained about their orders not being correct. I've had several orders from this location that have had to be remade and sent out numerous times. I've gotten food that has been undercooked, as well as overcooked. Whoever owns the location should really rethink her position in the company. The tone she used, as well as the attitude she pushed across the phone, was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Ordered pepperoni went in and I didn't check but accidentally took cheese that was another customers similar to my order. Angela called me on my way home and told me I took the wrong pizza , SHE WAS SO SWEET, SHE GAVE ME A FREE PIZZA FOR NEXT TIME AND TOTALLY APOLOGIZED FOR THE MIX UP. THEY WERE SUPER FRIENDLY FROM THE BEGINNING TO END. THIS IS MY GO TO PIZZA HUT. HANDS DOWN. GREAT JOBVegetarian options: Plenty of choices
The Grangerland Pizza Hut is takeout or delivery only. Having said that, the food was good and met expectations of a Pizza Hut. The service was fast and friendly. Price was reasonable, No complaints.
