The chicken was very tasteless. Nothing to do with roast chicken in Monterrey. The lady who helped me was from San Luis Potosí, and not from Monterrey. ??♂️ I don't recommend it.

The fact that you ask for extra sauce and crackers and they charge you $10 called to have them explain how 3 Potatoes were $50 ! Just for them to say they charged that much . Just to give a head up don’t ask for extras unless you want to get charged an exaggerated amount .

Second time coming here today, we didn’t have such a good experience the first time but it had been a while so I decided to stop for a chicken today with my kids. The beans were full of juice and literally 2 table spoons of beans! 2 TABLESPOONS! Same thing happened the first time but I had already gotten home and it was a long day so I decided to just take the loss. But the EXACT SAME THING happened today! it’s such a shame because the chicken is actually good, CANNED SODAS are 3.25 each?!? INSANE! i guess the prices and sketchiness is the reason why the place is always empty. Or they’re trying to make up for their lack of customers by overcharging? Idk but we won’t be back!

Best burger I ever had, that big man can cook. My friend’s enjoyed the food and the service was great. Very friendly spot to watch some soccer and chill with some peeps. I recommend their burgers 10/10

Update: Their service is truly amazing. The food is amazing and it has a reasonable price to the good they sell. I recommend the hamburger it's my favorite food in the menu. The tostadas are also one of my favorites in the menu and I really like the way they make their tostadas I will definitely come back!

I work at the cps office located in the same shopping center as this place and omg it had been a while since my coworkers and I had been here and we thought oh well its been a minute lets go see if it has changed and to our surprise NO!!! Same rude as man, dont appreciate customers acting like he doesnt enjoy his job!!!! I would like to know who the owner is and pray it isnt him ...we will not be coming here anytime soon!!!!!
I recommend getting the grilled chicken family deal. Has two entire chicken with grilled onions around, a pack of tortillas, two bean soup cups, and a couple of cups of rice. It's about 30 bucks now.

Great good & great service. Please dear reviewer don’t listen to these 1 star reviews. The “Fat” man isn’t a lazy person. And they’re always chicken available. But sometimes it isn’t because it’s their specialty and it tends to go out quick cause people love them. If I would rate this restaurant a 10 star I definitely will because the staff were so friendly and their food were very good & delicious! I would highly recommend coming because I sure will be coming to this place back again !!
