Today I went to Popeye 1507 to eat and the service is excellent and fast, Linda and Tomas are always very friendly when I go and the quality of the food is very delicious and fresh. I never have to complain. They are very good.

This location of Popeyes needs to be avoided at all cost. Complete trash, the food was so dry and you can tell it was just sitting there for hours. The employees there are just as garbage as the food was. If you really want Popeyes avoid this one, even if you have to drive a little further.

I specifically ally ask for aside of beans, not potatoes with gravy. If I had wanted potatoes, I would definantly order no gravy with them. Of course, they went in the garbage, so I didn't get my full lunch. The chicken was really good, as was the biscuit and honey.

Just be nice. They will treat you right. The chicken could be a little bland sometimes. Other times- it’s good. Also, they never give ketchup even though I ask. And only 1 napkin for 10 pieces of chicken and 2 sides…

I don't suggest using the app as there is no accountability for issues with the order. I order two meals that came out to $20 and returned them bc the meat was dry as if it had been sitting for hours under the warmers. I was told that my food could be made fresh but it would take 15 mins. Why not just have fresh food to start? I tried to get my money back to go elsewhere BUT the store doesn't issue refunds for online orders. I went through their online process and the comp was 1750 points for a 3 piece combo... yeah, but I bought 2 combos. Won't be buying Popeyes for a long time, if ever. Given the economy, I am more vigilant with where I spend my money and this Popeyes is not worth my patronage.

Ordered wings and they gave me tenders. No offense, but how hard is it to fulfill an order and not mess it up? Y’all always mess things up here. Management needs to be replaced. So tired of them messing my orders up.
