Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Just stopped and ordered through the drive thru. Ordered a #1 Regular Chicken Sandwich with apple/ cranberry tea and a #2 Ghost Pepper Chicken with cheese and bacon sandwich with a sweet tea. We got home to eat and the regular sandwich was sooo spicy I could not eat it. The other sandwich was not spicy at all but had the cheese and bacon. And the tea was unsweetened. The apple/cranberry tea had maybe 4 pieces of ice in it, it was luke warm. So very disappointed as we have never had issues with this location before.

The workers there are unprofessional. When you pull up to order no acknowledgment. I had to say hello first. The chicken sandwich I order was made poorly and sloppy. My 3 piece was missing a biscuit. I was not given a choice of what kind of meat I wanted. Customer service is horrible at this location.

Got the mild chicken and it tasted like it was spicy. The chicken was on the dry side and I had a hard time eating it. The Coke machine was broken so we couldn’t get ice out of it. The Coke tasted very, very flat. I was surprised that the Counter person did not know whether or not they put salt on the fries. Popeyes used to be very, very good, but this restaurant has changed my opinion. The place looked relatively clean, but none of the employees smiled. They don’t offer you plates or very many napkins, but I guess that will come with training. For those who like this restaurant and the product they produce, more power to you. It’ll keep the lines shorter at churches. I hope it doesn’t get as bad as the Willis*** store used to be. I gave a three star rating with this review. To me that’s middle of the road/average.

It isnt the first time but it will be the last, they have messed the order up several times. To the point of near comical levels, when you pay $50 for a big family meal you dont want to mess that up. Im not sure how but nearly every time they have given us the wrong order, if you want to order walk inside and watch them do it do not use the drive thru.

Went thru the drivethru the young man taking orders was very good they were very busy but he was very pleasant let us take our time ordering.. We moved thru the line in good time even tho the line was front of building around to pickup window. Excellent service !!

The chicken meal came to me hot and fast. Not much of a wait. The staff, as always, are pleasant.

The chicken was overcooked and I couldn't even get them on the phone to hopefully replace my order and they denied being at 3083 and i45. Unless this is resolved, I will not ever eat there again.

Won’t ever go back. If I hadn’t paid cash I’d dispute the transaction my fries were just DUMPED in my bag. And there is MAYO on my chicken sandwich. Who does that??? Absolutely disgusting.

Service was fast and the cashier was pleasant. With Popeyes it’s a hit or miss depending on where you go and on which day. It’s either bad food and good service or vice versa. You really get both

This place needs to learn how to cook Chicken. $35 and came home to every piece looking like this! This is the second time at this location. Not sure if i will ever be back.

Went thru drive thru today asked for a classic sandwich came home cleaned and when i had time to eat i seen its a spicy sandwich, they didnt give me my drinks didnt realizs till i got home because i was in a rush. Last time we ordered thru uber eats and they forgot a wholemeal .
