I placed an order online and my order wasn't ready,they didn't even pay attention to me! They could learn a thing or two from canes. Didn't even look like a team was working together. They were all over the place! I will not be returning! Do not recommend

If I could give no stars I would. I asked for shrimp and they said they were out until tomorrow...(not their fault) but wait time was over 28 minutes through the drive thru and when I got to the window....they didn't know what I ordered and then said the wait for my sandwich (all I ordered...A SANDWICH, not even a meal) would take an additional 4 1/2 minutes. That was my entire lunch break. They asked if I had time to wait or refund my money. I took the refund.

The first problem was the cook had his rubber gloves on and was rubbing his eyes, and did not change his gloves. After requesting a new sandwich, I left and the sandwich was cold as was the french fries. I have eaten at many Popeyes but this will be the last time that I eat it this one. Very poorly managed and trained.

Customer service is always shitty at this location. They're always out of something. Tonight I ordered three meals & my tenders are so crunchy there not edible & my other combo didn't even get its side. Whoever the management is, clearly doesn't care. Ridiculous

I did not have enough staff to handle the people that were coming in. They have the public restrooms blocked off. I was not impressed with this location at all.
