I went to pick up my 2 can dine for 12.99 through the Popeyes app at the location 16826 I-45, Conroe, TX 77384
I tried 7 or 8 times to reach their phone number to request no wings in my order, which i have always done through my numerous interactions with your stores. However, the phone number was busy all the way from my apartment to the store, and when I reached the drive through, they told me i could not modify the order, so i asked for a manager. I was asked to pull up to the window. The manager told me in broken English that the corporate office will not allow modifications to this order, even though i have always been allowed to request no wings. I told him i tried to call the store, but the line was busy. He argued that the phone was working, so i dialed the line in front of him to show him it was busy. He finally said that the supervisor would allow my modification request this one time, but no more. The wings are tiny, and they are serving smaller thighs and legs already, for thesameprice. Also, i requested 3 thighs and 2 legs, andreceived 3 legs and 2 thighs. They have messed up previous online orders.
