Lady was super nice at drive through. One of the pieces of chicken was very small so she have me another piece to make up for it at no charge. For reasons like that I will go out of my way to go to that location. It's so nice when people do what's right! But mostly that they care enough to do that, means a lot to me.

Employees are rude no chicken sandwiches at 10 o'clock but insist that I buy some chicken. If I wanted chicken on a bone I would have ordered it. Probably never return to a Popeyes place again at least KFC is way better and Employees aren't rude and tell me what I need to order. Your drive thru personal can swallow the right nut while they choke on my left one!

Large order was made. Half of the order came out quick, and sat there, getting cold for another 10 minutes. The manager was complaining in Spanish. I'm surprised an English speaking person could even work there. It's sad. Cold chicken, yay!
