The service was great. The drive thru lady was very nice. The window person very nice. I was excited to try the new wings. I ordered the garlic parmesan wings. However when I got home to eat them, they were spicy under the garlic parmesan. I can't eat spicy they were too hot for me. But everything else was really good. The lemonade was awesome!!

All three times that I have been there it has been a disappointment. Forgot half the order the first time and the drinks were flat. The next time I made sure to try the drinks before we pulled off and they were flat again. The staff told me that they would NOT give me something else. They offered to remake the same drink which would still be flat. What kind of solution is that? “I can just make you another flat drink”. This last time they didn’t give us two sides or ANY of the sauces for any of the five meals ordered for my family. They clearly are just throwing stuff together and do not care about quality at all. I can be understanding that something gets forgotten every once in a while. But we have been three times and they have messed it up every time. The staff was rude and didn’t offer to rectify the situation. Horrible customer service.

went to this location and got to the drive thru and pulled up to the window was given wrong order waited forever was given unsweet tea and ordered a sweet tea then get home and the chicken box was written on with hearts and numbers with a 2pc that included a breast and thigh i didnt
I hate taking time out to write negative reviews but every single time we come by this location we can never have a fully good experience. They’re always out of something. They have been out of boxes and putting our food in bags for WEEKS now. They either run out of sauce and try to give you what you didnt ask for in the bag without mentioning it to you … OR they don't even ask you what sauce you would like for tenders (which should clearly should come with sauce). you have to remind them before they let you pull off (they will).. last night they covered my mashed potatoes with drink lids, still had no boxes and ran out of hot sauce. It’s just a mess. Too soon in the game to be having these issues.

I went through the drive-through and there were two people that kept talking to me at once so, of course, one of them couldn’t hear me because the other one kept speaking over the other one. Then I’m waiting on my food for more than 20 minutes because I was told to pull up. Then she comes out and tries to give me someone else’s food and I said that’s not my food. I ordered a four piece not wings. Then I didn’t even get my drink. At this point I’m just like I’m not coming back to this Popeyes again.
