Refused a call-in order. Citing they was busy and for me to place order by online.
Popped in for a veggie melt and was greeted by amazing customer service by manager hannah and very friendly faces behind the counter Reyna & Ni. Definitely want to start coming here more!

If heart and weight conscious, select condiments that align with healthy goals. A casual, relaxed atmosphere with lots of free parking. Sandwhich maker, Foster and peers provide friendly service with a smile. Kisha the General Manager does an impeccable job demonstrating to the workers great customer service. Family and wheelchair friendly too.

Placed a food order to be ready by 6:15 at 5:15 and arrived on time. Then waited for 30 min while at least 8 other guests were served before my food was even started. The guy told me he was training which is to why it was taking so long, but this is why I ordered an hour in advance to his point. This also doesn’t explain why 8 fresh guests were served before even starting the meal.
The guy taking order in the drive thru on 4/30/25 @ around 12:30pm is rude. If he hates his job, he should quit. I was sitting at the drive-thru speaker for several minutes with no acknowledgment. At least say, “Hi, I’ll be with you in a few minutes” or something like that. So I said hello and he said hello back and I said I wanted a cup of chili and he said, “well you’ll have to wait” in a rude tone. Uhhh yeah I’m in the drive thru of course I’m going to have to wait, comment was not needed. Then he proceeded to make noises and rude comments regarding the chili. Not a good look for the restaurant to have an employee with a nasty attitude on a busy day. I understand they were busy, but guests shouldn’t have to sit for several minutes at the speaker with no acknowledgment.
We went in this location in Conroe around 1pm and could barely get the guys behind the bar to take our order. We are 72 and 85 years old so I guess they don't like helping Elderly people. It was our First time there and our LAST time there. We can go to Firehouse or Subway and be treated like we are Customers! We Have and Are passing the Word around about this place to Everyone we know so they don't spend their money and get treated like We Were
I paid 23 dollars for a big BLT sandwich with bleu cheese and chicken added to it and when I got back to work the bacon was burnt black and there was zero bleu cheese and chicken added to it, I'm going to need a voucher or discount for next time because that is unacceptable especially for paying that much for a regular sandwich. It's a job for high school teens, it's really not that hard. God bless.

Sent my husband there tonight to grab a bowl of chili with shredded cheese. They gave me sandwich cheese and round sandwich onions. Called to let them know I would like to bring it back tomorrow and get a refund because I'm missing dinner tonight due to the chili not being edible do to possibly choking on those large onions. It does me no good tomorrow, right? Sarah get attitude and tell me I got what I wanted and there's no refund. When, in fact I did not get what I wanted because there was no SHREDDED CHEESE which I specifically requested also hearing the guy that took the order confirming it. How does this make sense? This is not acceptable at all, nor is her attitude. Spent $30 plus dollars with these people tonight and it's my last time spending with this company no wonder it's always minimum traffic if this how you train employees to treat customers. This could have went left real quick.Because you don't know what people be going through in life.But I opted out and took the high road.Watch how you talk to people
Great food that fills you up. The soda machine was not working properly and as soon as they were told they fixed it immediately. Chris even brought a fresh soda to my husband. Excellent service
Went through the drive thru today. My order was super wrong!!! I live pretty far away, so google review it is.
Stopped by to get a quick lunch, I was told I should come inside because the drive thru would take a long time. There were only 3 cars in front of me and no one behind me. I’m 4 days post opt foot surgery , not able to walk far or stand. I let the drive thru staff know I’m ok to wait as I am unable to stand or walk far. He seemed frustrated , as I’m ordering he’s responding is that it, is that it. I get to the window and he says we don’t have the chicken pot pie soup, is there something else you want I just don’t want to give you cold soup. I get my order and make it home to eat, the pork sandwich I received was past pitiful. Maybe a tablespoon of dry pork and 6 inches of bread with no cheese. I don’t believe I will ever return. SMH what a disappointment first time trying potbelly’s it definitely was an epic failure….
