Im a first time guest at potbellie sandwiches and im thouroughly unimpressed! I've never been here before and the associates were very uninformative and did not want to listen to me as well as had attitude. I tried to ask questions on how to order and they didn't answer my questions correctly and just continued to make a sandwich I needed to adjust. After trying to get my sandwich and my boyfriends situated, they proceeded to charge me three times and tried to say their system was screwed up and it would go through. We eneded up leaving with our meals comped but we're never coming back to this location again.

Food is always great at potbelly. Wish I could say the same about the people. My bill was $30 I only had a $100 and the lady doesn't even open the register and tells me I can't give you change for that. Mind you it's 12:20pm so in the register you don't have 3-$20s and a $10? Then the lady gives us attitude because one of my cards declined which I wasn't planning on paying with. She looked like she absolutely hates her job and ruined the experience for me. I planned on a nice date for my fiance and I couldn't even bare to be in the building anymore. Thanks Chloe!

I dont like giving 1 star reviews but I have to here. I have had this Potbelly mess my order up so many times I stopped going there for a couple years. I ran there for a short lunch break and had a specific salad I was going to order. Of course when I got back to work it was the complete wrong thing. The salad has almost twice the sodium as the one I ordered and it is important to me to limit sodium intake. I could only eat half of the salad just to stay in line with my goals. I just can't keep going to a place that routinely messes my order up and I don't want to sit in the drive through and check everything. I probably won't be back to this location ever again.

Very rude people. Don’t go there at 10:40am even if it’s your designated lunch time. They will let you know how unhappy they are with you showing up. Then they will throw your food at you through the drive thru.

My husband and I ordered Potbelly's for the first time last night and our experience was out of this world. Food was delicious and taste amazing. I had ordered the BLTA with baked lays and my husband had the veggie melt and medditerian sandwich. We will definitely be ordering from there again.
Refused a call-in order. Citing they was busy and for me to place order by online.
