This location is always so quick, and service is always great! The sandwiches are always so fresh, made to order, and so flavorful! I love that they sell zappos chips because those are some of my favorite! The chicken club is my absolute fave!! I 10/10 recommend this location.

Many years ago, Pot Belly was my daughter's favorite place to have lunch in The Woodlands. I can say after all these years, the quality and freshness of their sandwiches has not changed. Neither has the service, the staff are courteous, polite, and friendly. The Conroe location is clean and welcoming!

I’m pretty sure the girl behind the counter was just mad at life. She was just very rude and acted as if I was annoying her because I was getting a sandwich. Isn’t that your job?? Hey? Maybe a little courtesy? I’m paying 30 bucks for two sandwiches and a thing of soup? This seems to be a routine theme at this location as the owner responds with “peace, love, and potbelly” will definitely recommend that the company I work for takes them out of our food rotation. Will not return myself. There are plenty of sandwich joints in the area. Jersey Mikes has a killer cheese steak.

Came in to pick up a mobile order and was told it would be ready shortly. So I sat down and waited... and waited... and waited... Finally went back to the counter and it was sitting right there, they just couldn't be bothered to tell me I guess. Not very friendly either, bad experience.
The shop is very nice and clean, the sandwiches are good and I love the soup options they have and I can’t forget the delicious cookies. But the staff wasn’t really friendly especially the girl who made my sandwich on 03/28/23

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the turkey. I got the AVO Turkey on a flatbread, and it was delicious. The avocado was perfectly ripe as well.

These sandwiches are huge, and delicious. I always get the turkey, and avocado and it never disappoints. The inside is set up nicely. Staff can be a hit or miss, but I'm sure they don't always get the sweetest people in line either. If you're looking for a filling sandwich, Pot Belly's is worth a try. Plenty of space inside, and always clean.
