Your girl needs to be re trained in customer service. I stood there directly in front of her to order, all the while she never acknowledged I was there. After 5 minutes of that I just left. I KNOW YOU HAVE ONLINE ORDERS, I KNOW YOU FEEL ITS BUSY. ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMER THO.

As an employee for the hospital where this store is located, it's super upsetting that their workers are that miserable that they will throw your food on the serving area and then it proceeds to fall on the floor. Very disgusting

It was closed when we arrived. The posted hours are 10am - 8pm everyday. It’s located inside the hospital. Go toward the right and then down the hall.

Customer Service was horrible. There was no one at the cashiers so we just went up to a young lady standing behind the counter to order. In a rude tone told us to order at the cashiers (again no one was there). After a few a gentleman took our order, once our order was done this same young lady instead of placing our order down she practically through the order onto the counter. If you can’t work with people or have no intentions of being respectful then this industry isn’t for you. The sandwiches were not the best either the bread was very toasted . Definitely not the best experience.

Took me a hot minute to realize that this location was in the hospital. My GPS played me, haha. I was in search of a good sandwich place and I decided to go here to try something different. I'd say the meal tasted good but could be better. I am not convinced it tastes better than other sandwich competitors. I had a good customer service experience so 5 stars there! I may only be coming back of I find myself around any of their locations. Wasn't really anything to write home about

Sandwich had zero flavor. I’m comparing it to jersey Mikes. Jersey mikes is leaps and bounds better and I doubt I’ll ever go to another Quiznos again.

Just left this location the little white guy was so rude and not professional at all. He did not have a name tag on, he was very hateful and should not work with customers. I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Lady working there very unfriendly, not social at all, did not smile, did not tell me my order was up and ready. Another customer told me my food was up. This is in a hospital with hurting people. The very least, have a smile and welcome them into your business.
