Ordered a 3 piece combo and a 6 piece combo on DoorDash only to receive the incorrect drink and half of my $16 meal (6 piece combo) DoorDash offered to fix this but I also called the store to please make sure my order was correct. I was met with “well we have nothing to do w DoorDash”. When in fact you do, you, your staff, your GM are all accountable for orders being sent out correctly which clearly was this restaurants fault and not DoorDash. I was met w attitude and not an attempt to fix their major mistake I mean a $10 mistake over half the cost of my total order. Insane not even an apology for their lack of awareness. As an AGM at a different company who deal w sending doordashes out on a daily basis this should definitely be coached to the team at this location.

They are not worth it nasty dry chicken no sauce cold fries & & to much ice in the drink
I've been getting the box combo for the last three months but from two weeks ago I noticed that the chicken has been overcooked to the point where I can taste like a smoke flavour, or it'd be soggy sometimes and even the colour of the chicken fingers is off. Idk if it's due to the rush in the drive thru in specific hours but I really used to love the food from here.

If you like juicy, fatty chicken, Cane’s is the best option.
Let me clarify, I gave it 5 points because they meet the standards, I did not like the amount of fat that the chicken has at all.

Incredible that because they don't know how to speak English they don't want to receive my order, I work as a dasher and now they don't want to see my order from my phone, it seems very realistic on their part.
Make sure to triple check that you get all the extra sauces you paid for. I've learned it's in some cases cheaper to get a 22oz cup of canes sauce and they haven't forgotten to give that so far.

Long wait time, nuggets are small. Pricey combos and they barely put fries in my basket. Come on, I'm paying good money for this meal throw in more than 12 fries. Service was okay, the staff was not very helpful when I had questions about the Post Malone posters. They made me feel dumb about asking questions. Maybe there could have been some training or FAQ for the team to know before releasing the posters, so staff felt confident answering questions instead of being caught off guard and looking at the customer like they're dumb.
