Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

We always go to canes but the past 2 times we have gone the strips have tasted like burnt and smelled burnt as well . We didn’t want to say anything but it already happens twice and we probably won’t come back , I love canes so very sad this happens .

We went through the drive thru. We handed the worker at the window a gift card and a credit card. She didn't charge the gift card, just the credit card. She then threw the gift card away. I talked to the manager, he said I would get a refund in a few business days. I never received a refund

I get the box but with 2 coleslaw instead of frysand it's just perfect for me no trouble ordering my meal and it came out fast

We were here on a Sunday after our church service. The food was great though the fries always seem to need a lot of salt. We were there with our 4 kids and the food was polished off!
There was a young guy cleaning tables and he was fabulous! Giving the tables and bench seating thorough spray and wipe down. Sundays are high traffic days and he was keeping up and keeping things pleasant for each group looking for clean tables (without having to do their own greasy wipe down with a couple of napkins😬). Go Canes team!
