After making the rounds to all the popular Mexican Restaurants around town I remembered seeing this place while passing going to Academy and Big Lots. What a hidden gem this place is. Me and my husband wanted Mexican food. Well all the other places were jammed pack to where you couldn't find a place to park. We decided to come here and we are super excited that we did! Excellent food and the service was top notched!! We even got free chips with our salsa to take home!!
This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is good and the prices very reasonable. The charro beans here are wonderful! Most restaurants add too much salt but not Anita's. The charro beans here are not salty and have a wonderful flavor. I could make a meal out of just the charro beans but then I would miss out on the other great dishes they make.
