This alleged “Chicago Style Pizza” is nothing like the Rosati’s in the Chicagoland area. The pizza continues to disappoint the longer this 1488 location is in service. My last take-out order (which will be my last time ordering from this location) came with barely enough cheese on the pizza to cover the crust. I grew up in Chicago and this location on 1488 appears to be cutting corners on cost perhaps to ‘fatten-up’ their margin?!🤷♂️ Such a shame, since I was so excited when they opened.
