This place use to be good, before they changed ownership. I guess the old owner took the flavor with him cause this place sure does lack flavor. Especially for the price, you would expect it to be delicious.

GOOD CHICAGO DEEP DISH. (“OK-ish” thin crust pizza)
Ingredients are fresh and high quality, nice ratios and integrity to the crust. Flavors for the toppings and sauce were robust without being overwhelming... Crust was great on the deep dish, a little too hard & chewy on the cracker thin crust.
On the pricey side…. Would order again for the Chicago style!

One of the best slices of pizza I've ever had. Their deep dish pepperoni supreme was incredible. Someone who actually does a chunky sauce, and it was remarkable. The taste is layered, the ingredients fresh. You won't regret eating here.

Risati's did not have dine in. There was no one at the counter for several minutes while we waited. Once ordered, the pizza came out quickly, well cooked, and delicious.

It's like they REFUSE to answer the phone. The pizza is amazing. Pretty close to Chicago as Texas can get, but you will never get these people to answer the phone to order it. Yes, I usually wait about 10mins on the automated loop because I want it that bad. Usually a $60-$75 order but it's only usually 1 out of 4 times I'm visiting the area that they actually answer. It takes 45mins to cook so I won't be stopping by and placing an order.
