I have almost $100 in Russos gift cards and they are somehow unable to take them. I don't understand how that's possible. My first visit here 6 months ago was awful. I called ahead for a pizza and once I get there turns out they gave my order to the person before me. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for another pie. Twice I have gone in trying to use my gift cards and due to a "new system" they can't take them as payment.

WOST customer service of my life I walked in and the manger and girl were close to each other giggling at me before I even talked to them. I turn around after receiving my pizza and they bursted out laughing. I got in the car and the pizza was HORRIBLE ( this was my second time ordering and it look noting like what I got the first time )

Calzone was all bread, very little filling. Burnt! Service was slow and poor. Had to ask for bread and dipping oil. We won't be back

Went there today for lunch and it was nasty food and too expensive! $9 for a TINY caesar salad. What a rip off. The lemon pepper wings had nasty breading and EXTREMELY OVERLY SALTY. Pizza was just mediocre, $20 for a medium. Glad we went because now we know we won’t be back.

My dad and I eat here almost every Friday. The thing that keeps us coming back is the amazing service, our favorite waiter is Isaiah T, he always takes his time to explain things to us and works really hard to make certain we're happy with our food and experience. I always trust his recommendations. The manager is so sweet and helpful, he's open to suggestions and is an incredibly hard worker! The food is well made and I'm happy to go back next week!

Recently moved to the area I had the pleasure of eating here on 08/12/2024. The pizza was great! The staff was also welcoming and very accomadating to any needs you may have. The pizzas are reasonably priced and made quickly. The dine in experience was fantastic. As soon as I walked in you were greeted by the staff and they took you directly to be seated. Thanks again for the wonderful experience and great pizza! I will be back in the future!

Good pizza place only thing I had a problem with is there to go containers for pasta got it home red sauce was everywhere due to lid coming off in the bag and I was very careful with it they need snap tight lids for pastas

Parking: Can barely back up out of Parking spot due to heavy traffic I think it's just to many businesses to close to each other
