Unprofessional and disrespectful management? Everything was wonderful, however, me and my family were sitting next to a female manager who was openly speaking down on her employees. It put a really sour taste in my mouth to hear someone in authority talking so negatively on team members that THEY are responsible for training and guiding. If she’s comfortable speaking poorly of her staff in front of people, then I can only imagine how she treats them behind the scenes. Bad management means a badly run restaurant. Several other tables noticed her attitude as well and seemed put off. I hope this issue is resolved soon.

No longer my favorite restaurant. Every major holiday, we went. BECAUSE of the generous portions!
They have REDUCED the size of their wedge salad!!! Split in two and pretended it was normal!!!
They made the loaf of bread SMALLER AND... purposely waited to bring it out until right before our food came out so we wouldnt order seconds.
The desserts are more expensive and smaller... my favorite drink is more expensive!!! So, ALL is smaller and costs more. Were done here. PLUS...
The owner/CEO was just appointed by Trump to be the ambassador to Italy. I will boycott all Landry's establishments.

i always enjoy dining at saltgrass, but my most recent visit was easily the best one yet, all thanks to our server Brennan. the food was great, the atmosphere was inviting, but Brennan’s service is what truly stood out.
he was attentive without ever being overbearing, incredibly friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and taken care of. he knew the menu inside and out, offered helpful suggestions, and checked in at the perfect times. it’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with such warm, personable service, but Brennan does it effortlessly.
i'll only be requesting Brennan as my server. he elevated the entire experience and is a huge reason i look forward to coming back. saltgrass is lucky to have him!
Not a traditional Thanksgiving, but a wonderful Thanksgiving. The staff was terrific. Our server Jeremiah, who deserves naming, was especially good. He feel like family. So attentive and accommodating to the kids. That is a rare thing these days with the level of customer service being through the basement. This particular Saltgrass brings customer service to back to the level of excellence. Michelin, it is time to review!
