Beautiful place! Our first time at this location. Was expecting a wait, the parking lot was near full! Walked in, was seated immediately, waitress was a Joy! Fast, Accurate Service, Food was Outstanding! We had an appointment, we were concerned about being late, we ate at leisure, and arrived at our appointment 45 minutes Early! What else can I say? This has been our BEST SALTGRASS EXPERIANCE EVER!

Love this chain of restaurants. They have great atmosphere and the service was really good. I was alone and ate at the bar and the bartender was super friendly and very helpful when trying to decide what to order. Wound up eating the brisket tacos, which were amazing!I first discovered this chain in Laughlin, NV.

We were in town for a convention and had made plans to meet here for dinner with colleagues. The appetizers were pretty good. The main dishes were lacking flavor, and the steaks were tough. We will choose a different place the next time we are in town.

My waitress was amazing very friendly and knowledgeable about my interests and recommendations were delicious. Will definitely be going back to try more.Dietary restrictions: I am pescatarian and vegetarian was plenty of options for me to choose from.Kid-friendliness: There were children there and the was wait staff was very nice and patient offering them ideas.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp and wide entrance. Also very spacious inside between tables to maneuver around.

My husband and I extremely enjoyed our dinner. Christian was our server and he was above and beyond and did an amazing job ? ?. Also we wanted to thank the chef who made our steaks. I was given 2 $50.00 gift cards for my birthday. The package and receipt said $50 each When I called it said $50 each. When I got to the restaurant it was $25 on one and $5.26.(odd number and redflag) Customer service was very unapologetic and unsympathetic, say there was nothing they could do, and they didn't see that as the purchase amount. When I asked about the odd bal. And load of $5.36...they had no answer. Will not dine, or der from here again.Staff was nice- unfortunately the Corp Customer service for the gift cards and the missing extra Mash potatoes, and dressing; doesn't make me feel good.

Excellent service thanks to Rachel. She recommended a ranch/balsamic dressing combo for the wedge salad but when I casually expressed I wished it was bleu cheese she brought all three without asking! She was very attentive and it was an all around delightful experience.Highly recommend the New York Strip, perfectly cooked at rare.
