What a nightmare it has been dealing with this bakery. I understand accidents happen but they messed up TWICE and we didn't have a cake upon pick up. We originally went in and filled out a paper form over a month in advance, then handed it to the young man working the bakery. We ordered a 2 tier dinosaur cake for our sons 5th birthday, he got to pick his cake and was so excited. The guy took the form, said thank you and we all went on our way. Then we realized we needed to change the pick up time a couple of weeks later, so we went back to the bakery and spoke with the cake decorator, only to find out our order hadn't been placed! She was so helpful and got our order in the system and accommodated us as much as she possibly could. She is the ONLY reason I'm not giving service 1 star. Unfortunately, because of weather, we had to postpone our sons birthday party from June 1st to June 9th. I called on May 30th and asked a young lady on the phone if we could move the pick up to June 9th. She gave me a couple of pick up time slots and I chose 10am (we were in the system at this point because she verified the cake and all the information in the system). My mother-in-law shows up at 10am on the 9th and our order isn't there! So no cake. The same cake decorator that helped us, tried helping my mother-in-law to make a cake last minute but it couldn't be anything like what we ordered. We had to settle for a half sheet, poorly put together and free cupcakes. I do realize the cake decorator did as best as she could with the little time she had, but because someone couldn't do their job on 2 separate occasions, we had to settle for something less than we wanted and that poor cake decorator had to throw a cake together that didn't turn out as good as she could've make it.

Sam's Club is a great place to shop. I love the going to the pharmacy. The Pharmacist amd Technicians go out of their way to help. I always get my prescription in 20 minutes or less. Everyone in the club is friendly and helpful.

Went in at 7am for supplies for my son's wedding. Completely passed up the fruit trays so I asked a gentleman where they where. He walked me back to where I just came from and checked the packages for expiration date, put them in my basket then walked me over to some additional trays. Very helpful and professional.
They are always helpful and courteous and make sure you find everything you need

November 13th I had several issues to deal with at the Customer Service desk and Cindy and Veronica although VERY busy continued to provide customer service and took care of me and I used the SCAN and go app option for first time and it Worked great!

The tire shop definitely needs some help. They are real quick to sell you tires, but when it comes to warranty work you are better off going to discount tire, or anywhere else.
