Been knowing about this place for years, I actually grew up eating here the food is good, but the customer service is HORRIBLE the man and lady taking your order at the register are rude, and don’t seem like they even want to be there working. I walked out because as a business owner my self I know that customer service is priority. This guy didn’t greet us, didn’t even say how can I help you? What would you like? He saw us walk in and turned around and ignored us. I give this place a one star because yes, the atmosphere is giving yuck!

Strawberries & crème, and white chocolate raspberry are solid as well! These are perfect for when you have a craving, which I usually do every few months. Very good service and wonderful products.

I wonder if the owner looks at these comments from the majority of unsatisfied customers? The truth is it is a shame for a Latino to have a business like this, so terrible and sad at the same time. And the problem is so simple to fix. The solution is: number 1: hire friendly, respectful staff with a good attitude for customer service. Number 2: make bread and food fresh every day. Number 3: Hire a cleaning person who will keep the entire place clean and smell clean every day. And then they will see how their business prospers. And to bring all your old customers back at least put a sign outside that says; “NEW OWNER” and you will see how God will bless you and us, the clients.

The tamales they sell are almost always bad and just because I called the guy Alex stopped selling me today when I look for French bread he doesn't sell me like there is only ridiculous French bread there I don't know how people still keep coming with such terrible customer service

I literally called at 5:36PM saying that closing time is 6:00PM to order food and pick it up when it's ready and the lady who answered me said that they were no longer cooking food because they don't pick it up and then it's their turn. To pay her, I told her that there are 24 minutes left until closing and she said that the owner said that they should no longer receive orders because of terrible service from the employees.

Everything they sell is useless today I went to buy corn tamales and they came out dry they fell apart the dough was dry without flavor and I went to get my money back why I spoke and they told me that they will take the tamales and when I arrived they didn't want to give me back the money so I left them as gifts so that the person who is charging in front could eat them and also the other day I bought bread and it was already spoiled and they also let flies get where the bread is these people don't deserve to have customers And not only me say this but many people I know say the same thing about this place, I don't know they deserve a single star.
If I could give 0 stars I would say the only good thing about it is the breakfasts, the roast meat tastes like fish, the service is terrible, the owners lack a lot of humility, which is why their service is terrible.

I felt like eating pupusas this past weekend and googled some places where i could find them in Conroe. This place came up, so I went. The pupusas were decent and they satisfied the crave. Then decided to take some Pan Dulce home with me. That was a big mistake. When I tried the bread at home, all items were hard as if they had been made at least 3-5 days ago. I was upset at the fact that they sell it to you and charge you as if it was made the same day. I will never come back to this place. Once and done for me.
