I used to come here every Saturday morning to buy a dozen hot and fresh glazed donuts plus extra. I stopped coming here a couple of months ago. The last few times I came, I noticed a significant change in how the donuts tasted. I'm guessing they switched management because they don't taste the same anymore. The donuts are barely warm if you go in the mornings. It's not worth it. Even my kids stopped requesting Shipley's, which says a lot. I Do NOT Recommend!

I used to love coming here! I loved their donuts and coffee but lately everything has been going down hill. Coffee taste so bad both visits I had to ask for a bottle drink. The employees are very childish and don’t care about customer service. They are ok when I’m ordering but after that they just seem to be playing around. Please fix this. I’m so saddened about how bad it has gotten. :(

Can’t beat Shipley’s for the best donuts and kolaches anywhere around.
Cant,review without rating,poor apple fritter poor glazed cske,day old rasberry.many years a customer.i will not spend anymore money for poor products.next post going to mother company about franchise poor products coming out. Quit calling them apple fritters never have apple in them. Not the recipe that was set up. Raw dough in fritter and cake not good.

This location has consistently gone down hill. The donuts are fairly decent but the kolaches are gross. Every time I come here the kolaches are hard as a rock and today they were literally burnt with black on them. How can you charge the rates you charge and serve this to people. You can clearly see it is not edible so why serve it? It is disgusting and unacceptable.
It’s crazy depends on who helps you and see what price they charge you. And then they tell you they have medium and large coffee but no matter what size u ask for it’s the same size but different price. That is not right. And then one Tuesday you will get your free donuts and then the next Tuesday you won’t.
