VERY DISRESPECTFUL service. I have places to be just as much as the next person. And they were clearly talking smack about me as I get in my car. The young Hispanic lady working today 12/13/25 around 4pm was totally rude to my mother and daughter. When an elderly lady and a 12 yr old ask you about specific things, you are supposed to be helpful, instead of being crappy with an even crappier attitude like you have better things to do. We will absolutely not be returning to this location.

I used to come here every Saturday morning to buy a dozen hot and fresh glazed donuts plus extra. I stopped coming here a couple of months ago. The last few times I came, I noticed a significant change in how the donuts tasted. I'm guessing they switched management because they don't taste the same anymore. The donuts are barely warm if you go in the mornings. It's not worth it. Even my kids stopped requesting Shipley's, which says a lot. I Do NOT Recommend!

I used to love coming here! I loved their donuts and coffee but lately everything has been going down hill. Coffee taste so bad both visits I had to ask for a bottle drink. The employees are very childish and don’t care about customer service. They are ok when I’m ordering but after that they just seem to be playing around. Please fix this. I’m so saddened about how bad it has gotten. :(
