Just went to this Shipley's, Sunday, 6:45 am to by 6 plain sausage kolaches and 6 sausage cheese kolaches. I was the only one in the store. The young lady told me they did not have any sausage kolaches. Asked her how , on a Sunday morning, at 6:45 am, they did not have any plain sausage kolaches. She said the baker forgot to bake them. I saw thst as ridiculous and she asked if i wanted to speak to the manager ( who i think is the owner. Told her no. Saw no use in talking to the manager if he couldn't even monitor the kitchen and make sure the kolaches are baked and ready to sell.
Won't be buying kolaches there sny more.

Lady with the heavy make up seemed bothered about having two different kinds of kolaches they ended up labeled but kids got wrong one’s interesting .. I came back to get a chocolate doughnut since smaller child got the jalapeño! one n she said I labeled the bags . No sorry for mix up nothing poor customer service
If nothing else, you should always have hot fresh glazed donuts. I even asked for hot fresh donuts and was told they were. My donuts were hard like they had been setting on the counter all night. (It was 6:30).

I had two jalapeno, sausage and cheese kolaches and they were So Good - I wish I had gotten three!!! The girl behind the counter was so nice and pleasant, and very patient and helpful - I had trouble with the payment machine - hadn't used one like that before😕. She was really great and even apologized over it...I LOVE customer service like that!!! Hard to explain if I needed to give the directions (242 & Honor Roll), but Google maps got me there okay. And at that hour (8:30ish AM Sunday) there was plenty of parking, and I had no Wait Time. Great Place - delicious food.

Kolaches are half the size of other location and offers zero discount to police/first responders or Military although every other location does. This owner is obviously anti police/first responders.
