I have come here multiple times over the past year. When they first opened, they had a sign outside the drive through window on the wall, now, they don't have it and I've asked every single time I've come here when they plan to have a sign put back up or at least provide paper menus for people at the drive through window to look at. Each time I get told they have no idea when a sign will be put up again and also there are no paper menus to look at either. Do better Shipley's, you are a restaurant with a drive through, so provide your customers with the ease of seeing what you offer and at what prices too. Is it really that hard? It makes me want to not come here and give other companies my business who care about providing better service to their customers.

Service with an attitude! I ordered a coffee and two donuts. I received two coffees and two donuts. When I pointed out, that I only ordered one coffee, the server rolled his eyes and responded “I only asked you like three times“. The only question the server asked me was “small, medium or large”? I was so pissed at the attitude that I told the him to keep the money and left. I certainly won’t be back.
