The assistant manager Meghan at this location is the best! I had accidentally placed an order at the other location in Conroe and she immediately took care of the situation and got me a refund!

MED LAB XPRESS
Went in today around 2:50pm to place an order I noticed people were coming and leaving and I was not getting my order. I went up and ask about it and it was not ready. I asked the cashier to please refund me because I didn't understand why so to keep down confusion I asked for a refund. There was a random customer that began to say rude things to me and curse and no one said a word to him about it. I asked him to leave me be and he kept going making up things saying I was loud with the cashier and that is not true at all I'm sure the have cameras to prove what I'm saying. I got upset and yelled and and cursed this stranger back because he inserted himself into something he had no idea about. What I'm not going to do is allow no random stranger disrespect me. All I wanted was corporate number and a refund so that I could leave but the manager decided to escalate things by coming from around the counter cursing and yelling get out of her store. She was already upset anyway yelling at one of the employees. I felt threatened by this man and no one did anything to stop him she only threatened me with calling the police about a situation I did not start. During the escalation the other cashier decided to tell me corporate information is on the receipt. Guess what they kept the receipt how am I suppose to contact them. In my opinion this entire thing could have been avoided if the manager had told this man to stop when he started instead the blame was on me after trying to defend myself. He definitely was a threat with the horrible things he was saying to me ALL RACIST yet he was not told to leave and got service . I will tell everyone I know not to go there it was unacceptable to allow this idiot to speak to a women in the manner he did. I don't regret anything I said to him I defended myself I never disrespected them but the manager definitely disrespected me

Love going to this location. All the staff were so nice and helpful. They were pretty busy but the girl that was making my smoothie along with like 3 other orders was really fast. I believe her name was Lynnette. Props to her for being able to keep up with all those orders.
