Perfect service, solid apple fritters and kolaches

More variety than other donut shops. Even maple bacon!

Small little neighborhood donut shop that can at times be extremely busy. Pack your patience. Everything is always fresh and reasonably priced. You have the option to have your croissants and kolaches warmed or can take them as is and warm them later. I like the option of warming later.

Lemon filled donuts and apple fritters are at the top of my list however you can't go wrong with what you choose. The parking lot can be pretty full at times but definitely worth it. Stop in and give them a try!

The owner is a rude, nasty lady and the donuts are just average at best. $50-70 per week and no loyalty or kindness. I was running late and she disappeared in the back without telling me one of the donuts I chose she had to make...If I'd known I would have got something else, she was out of a different donut and told me that. I just needed a fast dozen today. Instead she threw me out and said don't come back because I was rude. She has no idea how to run a business and its just dumb luck she is doing well, but it won't last..and then she will wonder what happened and why her business is lost. No real value, but a good location.following on from the owners incredibly defensive response...I thought I would add some more facts since he chose not to. If you are going to stay you have a camera, and not offer ALL of the facts revealed but just a 10 second segment it is ridiculous and shows your character. That you are so defensive speaks volumes, too...as a business owner I would have thought you might have tried an apology...like seems both our staff and you did not align and we are sorry for that...instead you chose to dig in. Firstly, all of your customers in line came in at least 10 minutes after me. There was a line, because your worker (I thought she was the owner), disappeared without telling me why. I was in a hurry. I was trying to be patient. Whats quite odd is that the first donut I asked for you did not have many, so I happily changed the order, she did NOT say the other donut I chose were also unavailable, but that she'd go in back and make some. That would have been nice to know for two reasons, today I would have said no and asked for an alternate same as my first; but, knowing you could make filled donuts on the fly would have been good to know for future. instead she dissappeared for 4+ minutes. I was in the store for 12 minutes, and I was running very late. when she finally came back you are correct I was abrupt as I was now extremely late and I even said get the order processes so I can pay or I have to leave (in 3 seconds). It was not a statement of entitlement, it was a statement of fact; I had to go, the meeting I am is my leadership I am not allowed to be late. No empathy from your team, nothing. And none of your customers in line saw the start of my interaction. So, why don't you look at the whole tape not the last 10 seconds. And, she told me not to come back. After your ridiculous defense with no interest in being kind...the fate of my return is sealed for certain. And, any business that thinks it can rest peacefully cause they have been around for several years, is a business that will NOT be around several more. You should already know that. That you can afford to turn off customers is nice...but not an approach for success. You may wish to think about that. Its nice you defended your employee but she was in the wrong and at the end, yes I was abrupt and rude...I apologize for that...but I didn't disappear in the back without any discussion. That was the root cause of this situation.

Snowflake Donuts - The Woodlands did an incredible job on our Earth Day donuts! I called with the request, sent an example picture & they turned out even better than I imagined…all 10 dozen of them! They had them ready to go when I arrived (early on a Monday) & they tasted amazing! Everyone loved them!
