Why is the service so slow when there's 2 or 3 customers? I understand this time I went it was about 9 p. M. But I waited about 20 min. Same thing last time only I got cold food and waited at least 20 minutes. Smh.

Awesome location! We were there right as they opened and they took our order quickly and got the food out in a timely fashion.
The car hop was very nice and even took it to our truck, we went in a regular spot because of our trailer.

So I have an ice obsession. I stop by sonic quite often and even several times a day to get ice. Last night I was in Conroe for work and was heading back to Houston. It was about 8 pm. I only ordered my usual route 44 cup of ice. The girl that brought my order was super sweet as well as the other car hops. I sat there for a couple minutes before ordering and saw their interactions with other customers. They even offered me a spoon when most of the car hops normally offer me a straw. I got my cup and drove off. My ice tasted like grease..... it was causing a film in my mouth, it was so bad. For the first time ever, I didn't actually finish my cup of ice and had to stop closer to home to get a new one. Pleaseeeeee clean out your ice machine. That was gross.

Somebody at this sonic is playing games. This is the 2nd time I’ve asked for easy ice (noted on my receipt) and they fill it to the brim with ice anyways. I have NO DRINK. At first I thought maybe a mistake but now I think they do it on purpose.

This place could be a perfect five stars if all of the screens in the areas where you park to order and then receive your food actually worked or if someone would take the time to put a sign or a cone or something in the ones that don’t work because I’ve wasted a lot of time parking in different spaces where some part of it doesn’t work whether it’s the red button or the card area something random is always not functional.

The food is ok, but the main reason is for the woman who works the mornings. She is always so nice and it is very much appreciated. Her energy in the morning is contagious.
We are here yesterday !!! Be careful idk if there using old, expired , rotten food from the hurricane but my whole family was throwing up, sick stomach all night and that’s all we ate. I tried calling the # and can’t get through. Be careful !
