I just received tea through Doordash. The tea smells disgusting and tastes even worse. I order from here all the time since I work right down the road. The tea tastes like the canister was not cleaned. Or it's from 2 days ago....typically I don't have issues, but the past couple orders have been a joke.

This place has gone downhill, 3rd time ordering drinks and they give 100% full cup of ice. Even if you ask for easy ice. It is obvious the management is telling the workers to do this to save money. So at this point I want some Coke with my ice and need to take my business

Came here half an hour before close. The cheeseburger that was served to me was not fresh. It was sopping wet with condiments, the lettuce was wet and soggy, and the patty and bun were dry.I've worked fast food before, so it was apparent. Food should always be served fresh until the last minute of the day.

My app was messing up. They claimed to not have the order. And asked me what location I placed it. The location I came from did not have another sonic for it to offer. It did not latch on to another place. When I finally cancelled the order after the "manager" left mumbling extremely unprofessionally under her breath. I have never experienced this level of incompetent behavior from a sonic before. I will be sure to spread the word. Oh? And when I cancelled the order? It showed the correct location. Step up your game and customer service.

Great fast service as always with a Misty. I always remember her because of the great service and same name. LolStill great service and food. Misty is an exceptional person. I have never seen her have a bad day. I am sure she has them with the way people are lately. She has superior customer service, and she always makes sure the order is correct along with labeling the drinks. (Which I appreciate more than anything).

I am 46 years young, and just had the best ever encounter! I just pulled up and placed an order...my food was out within 5 min. The very pretty lady that took my order was amazing! And the car hop if u will was just as good! The time is now 12:01! Misty took my order and Ethan delivered!! Wow!!! You guys rock!!!! Thank you, again for the best experience ever from a fast food joint!!!!!

I ordered my food on the mobile app. I then took 5 to 10 minutes to arrive at the location. I then checked in and my order showed on the screen. The screen showed it was on the way and then it took another 4 minutes to arrive at my car. Service was efficient especially for how busy they were. But the misinformation of my food on the way and taking 4 minutes seemed slightly misleading.Parking: There is a small driveway around the parking spaces so it's somewhat of a tight area, but there are plenty of spaces on a busy dayKid-friendliness: There is a kids menu with added toysWheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible ramp and parking spot marked on the backside of the location.
Horrible experience and I’ve been going here for years. We received burgers that were literally not edible because they were so old and not fresh. Even the limeade was not drinkable. Also, the person taking order was so rude. Do not eat here unless you want bad food.
