Worse service I've ever encountered recently. When you go throughout the drive-thru, they don't even give you a second to pull your window down they are already asking what's your order. When I asked for a moment to see the menu, they got upset and said order when you ready or pulled to the side off the parking door, then come around and order when you ready. We'll that's not professional and very rude. May god bless you to have more patience. It only took me 10 seconds to see the menu and order. This place makes me sick to my stomach,

Love going here. There isn't a lot of staff turnover, so you get to see familiar faces, and they do their best to remember you. Service is pretty speedy and the employees are very nice. I really like this location.

Check your food before you drive away! Burger had no veggies—yes, 100% sure they were ordered. Blast shake had the wrong candy and was practically a big cup of plain ice cream. Sure, it’s just silly fast food, but I don’t appreciate being ripped off. I regret tipping them and won’t again if I ever return.

Not the best sonic. Ordered a sonic blast and it wasn't mixed at all. Dumped it into a bowl and everything in it was at the bottom. Noone wants to do the most basic jobs at work anymore.

So I initially gave him a low score because my tater tots was not hot after I left the review. I decided to eat my sandwich. My sandwich didn’t have no cheese on it so go back to the restaurant. The manager, Nick try to bring me a dollar and some change talking about. That’s my refund on the toaster being messed up. They are garbage at this restaurant Nick had the nerves to tell me to have a blessed day. I told her she need a fire cook

I went to the drive through and ordered a number 2 large fry with no salt. I was given more like a small fry loaded with salt. I called and spoke with the manager. She was extremely rude. I won’t be returning…

I don’t normally leave reviews, but enough is enough. Literally EVERY time we come to this location, there is at least ONE thing wrong. Usually there are multiple things wrong. I ask for no onions. The receipt on the bag says “no onions”. The burger? Plenty of onions.
I order 4 special sauces. I get ZERO.
And this is just the most recent visit.
Please do better. We like SONIC, and you’re the closest one to our house.

I come here pretty often but the last 3 times has been terrible with the rude staff and the messed up orders. Today I placed my order and didn’t see it correct on the screen so asked if it had what I wanted the lady got a attitude and said ok and still didn’t see it changed and asked again and all she said was what else once I got my order it was wrong of course and I just don’t understand the amount of time it takes to catch a attitude and have a slick remark u could of just read my order back to make sure it was correct so from now on I’ll make that drive to town just to miss this one
