I loved Southern Star but new ownership has been inconsistent. Tried to go today, but it was closed without any notice in socials. The days open keep changing and the local feel is not the same as old ownership.

Some of the best beer around. However, since ownership has changed, the atmosphere is worse and their communication is poor. We went to get food and they had no cook for the past week. They promised they were bringing food trucks but none showed up. Unfortunately, we will start going elsewhere likely

Interesting location but once you're there a fantastic spot. Indoor or out on the patio plenty of seating. Small menu but very well done on all and of course a nice selection of beers. We'll be back for our long sleeve shirts!

Really like what they did to the place. Love that they now have a kitchen, prices are reasonable. The food is good and the beer is great. It is also kid-friendly.

I always loved this beer, but damn this last 6 pack i got tasted like crap what the heck!? AFRAID to purchase this beer again because if thats how its gonna taste from now on, im done with this brand. Sad bald eagle noises...

Well had planned a Friday date night and week ago said the will be open in afternoon and website showed open before 2:00 PM another said 3:00 PM no one ever answers phone today Friday 27 2024 ? Can't leave Message a mailbox full can't use any of category numbers they give I know they have great beer but not sure if management by phone as is long drive to go on our date . I would use at least four stars for beer quality and minus two stars for whomever is responsible for phone management set up full mailbox for public to Communicate. Never been there and heard they now have done in room just remodeled but can't get Reservation as answering machine on silly loop with Robot No personal Service too far to drive on to get there and not know if they are going to open or not. I am sure if I lived closer this is not o wouldn't be a problem but out of towners Not getting vibe of full service company for dining there.

I have been going to this brewery for over 4 years. I like that they have a good selection of beer, my favorite being the Southern Brunch. The new renovations are great, as there’s a place to sit at outside with shade now. Also having the downstairs taproom/restaurant is convenient and it gives it such a nice look. I am looking forward to future events now that they’ve added all this plus more parking. Great hangout spot on the weekends and it’s family friendly.

We excitedly drove here to try it out. Disappointed to find it was closed. Management should considering updating the Google listing.
Anti-American and anti-free speech. Avoid this brewery at all costs.
This is a woke establishment, which probably belongs in Portland or Austin I would stay away from it!
