DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, theater was a mess before the movie started. And the sounds I hear are coming from the movie in the next room. And I was not allowed to carry the non-alcohol drink i just bought to my seat. The humidity is high and the dirty smell inside the theater is nauseating. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Great selection of current cinema, great variety of food, extremely high food prices. 2 adult meals, 1 kids meal 3 sodas with tip 150 bucks (3 matinee priced tickets included). By the way, having a veterans, senior citizen or child discount that's the same as the matinee price is not really a discount. Fix that please.
Theater 4 was clean and the sound was good, the waiter was amazing and always there when we needed refills.

It’s a beautiful movie house, very clean but our theater had a weird chemical smell to it. The staff were nice and we got our food really fast. However, the food was horrible. The popcorn was salty and stale and they burned the burger and served it to us anyway. How can you mess up popcorn?! They did.

It was a Beautiful experience, clean, perfect staff I swear they were perfect, a lot of space, comfortable reclining chairs, perfect food honey. I’ll rate them 1,000. And the movie played clear and clean as well honey. I’ve never experienced anything like that before

Was nice after getting a refund at the Grand because it was so hot in the building. They lost my business. And now i have a new theater! The screen is a bit smaller than most theaters but after the movie gets rolling its no big deal.

Party of 6 came in about 30 minutes prior to show time… git seated and placed orders for various items to be out by the time the show started. I personally ordered a large popcorn and a drink … the drink came out no problem but I waited an hour and a half for a large popcorn only to have her finally being out a small ….. smh. She took that back and brought out a large almost 15 minutes later so one hour and 45 minutes for popcorn. The waitress said she would take care of the charge but she didn’t it was still on my bill. Another person with ordered a slice of cheesecake only to never receive it - they were charged and then told they didn’t have any only to walk out after the show and see the cheesecake only a tray to be delivered. Overall not a good experience. The only saving grace tonight was Ashton he did his best to resolve the issues and offered tickets for another visit. If it wasn’t for him there would be zero stars.
The people at the theater are really respectful and are helpful when you ask questions the inside of the theater where you watch the movie it's really clean and nice they keep the floors clean and the bathrooms are clean and you just buy your tickets and sit down and theirs a button on the left side of your seat so you can order food or drinks they bring you your food to the theaters which are really nice I would definitely recommend it

Woe. Popcorn was small, butter on it was stale. Persons delivering food brought stuff to us we did not purchase. Being honest we had to ring to get it brought to correct person somewhere in theater. The prices for food is outrageous.

Purchased tickets online for my wife and kids about 5 hours in advance for a movie. We showed up, and they said they projector was broken so they could refund us. I accepted the refund, but when I looked at the receipt, they refunded about $10 less than I paid. I told the manager I needed a full refund for the amount I paid and he said he could not refund the service fee. Star cinema grill literally just wasted an hour of my time, messed up my weekend family plans, and then stole $10 from me to top it off. I can see why this place is always empty haha.

Staff is polite but the rest is just bad. We heard the movie next to us the entire time, the trays & seats are beat up, food is mid at best. Women's bathroom smells like sewage.
We spent over $100 between the tickets & food. Really disappointing experience.

Great little theater with great food and drinks. Chairs were comfortable with plenty of room to move. Waiters will come take your order before and during the movie which is great, unless they are on the row in front of you blocking the screen. Definitely a fun and different way to enjoy the latest movies.
