I come to pick my coffee inside of the store because I also want to buy the new Wicked cup so after to do my transaction and pick my coffee I asked a lady for a cup of water, but she was cleaning de espresso machine and she acted like that was more important and I just got ignored so decided to leave with out the water. Why if we spend our money on coffee and merchandise they don’t appreciate and take care off people the way supposed to do???

I am confused and disappointed that many Starbucks won’t brew decaf coffee-not even a pour over. I don’t care for Americano but I really, tea like Starbucks coffee decaf or not. But in the afternoons and evenings, I can’t do regular! Starbucks, please bring decaf back!!!

When you go to Starbucks, you expect to get what you are paying for. A nationwide brand with extensive training for their baristas. It’s extremely disappointing when you go and your drink taste terrible. I have been to this location twice and both times my drink was terrible. First time the espresso in the macchiato was burnt, and this time there was no flavor, just espresso and milk. Neither times was the location busy. Just love paying $6 for gas station coffee!

These people are WORTHLESS. Wish I can find a way to add pictures of my drinks. The tall cup next to mine has as much drinks as my Trenta and my other drink is not any difference, I asked for extra cream and she'd rather throw the rest away than fill my cup up, there was still CHUNKS of green tea that didn't melt properly, seriously, its powders, it doesn't take much and I've ordered this same drinks for a while and I thought you cant mess up a simple drink, I guess I was wrong. I paid almost $14 for these 2 drinks. Should've just return it, but i was in a rush to pick up my children. Needless to say, I will never return here ever again.
