Stay away from this Starbucks! The employees are extremely rude and if they don't like you they will play dirty pranks on you! They will make your drink wrong on purpose or cut a hole at the bottom of your drink so it makes a mess in your car! These employees act like grade school or junior high students not grown adults! Warning come here at your own risk!

I’ve read that so many people have had horrible experience with the employees at this location. Mario was extremely unprofessional and making comments about me to his coworker while I was standing right there.

Slow! They cannot seem to make more than 1 drink at a time. They are rude and incompetent. It should not take 15 minutes to get a coffee.

I have a complicated, super special drink I usually get at my local Starbucks in Indiana. I am in Texas visiting my daughter, I was skeptical to ask them to make it, but I keep a picture with ingredients, the were kind and patient with me as I know I was doing the most....;). Nonetheless, Paul and Chad made my drink without question. They made my day. I didn't get the young lady's name who took my order at the register, but she was also very kind and patient to me as I scrolled through my phone to find a picture of my special nitro blend...Thank you again for putting up with me with such grace.

First time at this location. Went through the drive through. Long wait and took several tries and multiple people to get my simple 3 drink order correct. I personally ordered a white mocha and got what tastes like warm milk. Very disappointing, and quite disgusting. Not worth the money, I can make better coffee at

There is no point in having a phone number if you can't call in an order. Instead, you have to download an app, just to use it a single time. Or stand at the counter for an obscene amount of time waiting.

I pulled up to the store at 9:50 at night you close at 10 the girl runs to the door to lock up and then won’t pick up the phone and turns the drive through off so you couldn’t place a order all I wanted was a simple refresher drink that’s it that is complete garbage that they wouldn’t take a order at 9:50 this is why I stopped going to Starbucks coffee and now go to black rock coffee

This is the slowest Starbucks ever defeats the purpose of ordering online. The drive thru is a 15-20 min wait, it like they take one car at at time and can not multi-task. Then after the long wait the order is incorrect, someone needs 101 how to make a drink training. Its Starbuck recipe, do you not know how to make it...hhhuuummm.They are always short on staff. Then one of the worker attitude needs to be checked. If you didn't want to come to work stay a$$ home, but she probably frustrated with the lack of help she gets. Do BETTER, service sucks!!!
