Go here a few times a month. Great drinks and friendly staff. Everyone we dealt with had a great attitude and are working EXTREMELY fast! Theybwere very busy, but they were on top of their game. Great job..

This place is inconsistent as you can imagine. My Drink tastes different EVERY day. Today I ordered what I always order. Trenta, Iced Green Tea with 5 pumps of Honey with Extra Ice and a Double Smoked Bacon Sandwich. They put Lemonade in my drink today, Ugh and FORGOT to give my wife the Sandwich although the sticker on the cup states 2 items. I know it's tough to find good help but OMG, TRAIN your PEOPLE please. If I had other choices I would go. 7 Brews is opening up a 1/4 mile away folks. Choices!!!! So today I spent $11 and got NOTHING of what I ordered off of my Mobile App through the Drive-Thru

Went by there today and discovered they have no consideration nor patience with the hearing impaired. A little sensitivity training in this area would go a long way towards customer relations. Otherwise, my drink was perfect. I will go back due to the convenience of location as well as the quality their products.

I have never waited longer at a Starbucks location. Even if there is only one car in front of me, the wait time is at least 7 to 10 minutes. I have waited in line for 20 minutes at this location with only three cars in front of me. I love Starbucks,,,and most locations regardless of how busy they are are very good at a turnaround times. This location does not seem to be able to get it down and I’m not really sure why?

When to the location at 242 and Harper’s terrace, this is the 3rd time we’ve been to this location. Wanted to give it at least 3 shots before writing a review. We frequent Starbucks, always get the bags of coffee from a Starbucks store and a drink while we are there. This location over the 3 visits has been the same. Terrible customer service, rude employees and rushed out the door coffee. The refill I got was stone cold and I was told that Starbucks doesn’t do refills which was new to me as I have gotten a refill every weekend for the past 2 yeas. I have been asked to scan the app for the free refill but never talked to like I was an idiot. The barista said “oh, we do refills now!” I said unless something has changed I believe so. I also was charged for 2 bags of coffee instead of one and when I questioned the cost the barista said he didn’t know why it was double and proceeded to charge it anyway. When I then asked for the receipt he walked away. Another employee had to come by and void the transaction and the correctly ring me up. Barista 2 also informed me that they do not do refills. Smh, This was the last time going to this location. I have never had a bad experience at a Starbucks and thought the first time it was a fluke. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile or so down the road to the another Starbucks for a much better experience.
