When to the location at 242 and Harper’s terrace, this is the 3rd time we’ve been to this location. Wanted to give it at least 3 shots before writing a review. We frequent Starbucks, always get the bags of coffee from a Starbucks store and a drink while we are there. This location over the 3 visits has been the same. Terrible customer service, rude employees and rushed out the door coffee. The refill I got was stone cold and I was told that Starbucks doesn’t do refills which was new to me as I have gotten a refill every weekend for the past 2 yeas. I have been asked to scan the app for the free refill but never talked to like I was an idiot. The barista said “oh, we do refills now!” I said unless something has changed I believe so. I also was charged for 2 bags of coffee instead of one and when I questioned the cost the barista said he didn’t know why it was double and proceeded to charge it anyway. When I then asked for the receipt he walked away. Another employee had to come by and void the transaction and the correctly ring me up. Barista 2 also informed me that they do not do refills. Smh, This was the last time going to this location. I have never had a bad experience at a Starbucks and thought the first time it was a fluke. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile or so down the road to the another Starbucks for a much better experience.

The Neanderthal looking guy is very off putting. He trapped my sister in the drive through and wouldn’t give her drink until she looked him up and followed him on Instagram. We both feel uncomfortable around him. Please talk to your employees about boundaries with customers.

Unfortunately, our experience at this Starbucks location wasn’t great. Our family accidentally spilled a drink, and while we cleaned it up—along with the crumbs already on the table when we sat down—no one offered a rag or any assistance. We reordered and paid for a replacement drink without issue, but I was surprised that even at the counter, no one acknowledged the situation or offered to help. On top of that, none of our drinks were made correctly—all of them tasted like burnt espresso, one was missing the vanilla syrup we paid extra for, and none of our cups had the
personal writing we’ve come to expect. We had planned to dine in, but after everything, we decided to just take our drinks and go. Given Starbucks’ reputation for quality and customer service, this visit was really disappointing.

This location drinks sucks, the wait is ridiculous then your drink is made terribly. They look short staff and they must was trying to rush on my peppermint mocha’s, because they turned out tasting like nothing but hot milk. This is not the first time my mocha came out bad. I’m not going to this location anymore, it’s a waste of money.

Not sure what’s changed in recent months but the quality is not what it used to be. Drinks taste like the staff has been ordered to hold back on flavor. I visit Starbucks to indulge. If I want bland, I can drop by a gas station.

Takes 15 minutes to make your drink incorrectly. After asking the staff to remake it, they remake the drink incorrectly again and the staff has an attitude about it. This location has gone down hill lately.

I just recently went to this location and usually I get pretty decent service but today my cup was half empty … literally and they were treating me like they were rushing and i get it I went pretty early in the am but my cup was dirty, half empty,and didn’t even have the hot holder on it 🤦🏽♀️like come on last thing i wanna do is spend my money and get bad servicing

I can to this Starbucks on Monday and today. I go in to pick up my order and I walk in and immediately address the staff with a good morning and it is loud enough to be heard. And I get my drink and say thank you and have a nice day. They never once look at me or acknowledge me. This is about 5:30 am. It is just frustrating to be ignored and not even acknowledged. I was hurler trying to be friendly and grateful for their service.
