I ordered coffee this morning through the app and accidentally ordered a grande instead of venti. I informed the drive thru attendant, and they remade my drink no questions asked. They were understanding and very accommodating about it. Super friendly & fast. Love this location!!!

This place is awesome! The staff is so friendly and accommodating! This location is my go-to Starbucks in the area. I am always greeted with a smile, and the drive thru is quick and efficient. My order is always correct and staff goes above and beyond with making sure the drinks are made to the customer’s satisfaction. I genuinely believe the baristas here put lots of love into making the beverages, because my drink always tastes so yummy when I get it from this location! ☺️

I just wanted to give Pam a really good review based off her services that she had provided while taking my order. She was very knowledgeable and Very communicative on what specific items were on the menu as well as helped me understand what would fit best for me, considering I was looking for a specific drink. She showed nothing but complete top-tier customer service when it came down to taking my order so thank you again Pam for making my visit a good one it’s people like yourself that are long-term solid assets to locations like this one!

Went to this location to try the new summer berry lemonade refresher and got a cup of water, no flavor at all. disappointed wasnt refreshed and wasted $$.

Unfortunately the $28.20 purchase of these summer berry lemonade refresher was a huge disappointment. Yes they were cold and this hot day. But cold water was the only refresher ingredient to taste. :(

Very bad service. I ordered online for 1:48 pm pick up. Get in the store at 1:47pm waited at the counter 5 minutes was completely ignored. I was patient and I didn't want to interrupt. But going out of your way to help customers that come in after me is a problem. And getting their drinks out first and not even asking if we have been helped??? Drink lacking an ingredient... no apology after mentioning the 12 minute past estimated time...

I've worked in service for years and know what's it's like sometimes, and mistakes happen. When we sit down at the table next to the counter, waiting patiently, while you expedite the other mobile customer who walked in after us: it happens.
When I bring it to your attention that the drink is 12 minutes past the estimated wait time (while we've been sitting unattended for 10 of those minutes!?) and you don't possess the basic service skills/etiquette to offer any form of apology... that's appalling.
These people get paid $17/hr+ and tips to not care about you as a customer, leave the tables messy, etc. I've been to this location 30+ times, and the shorter 35-45 year old lady who makes awesome cappuccinos might be the only one who ever greeted me.

Coffee is not good, but like desert with all toppings can be drinking.
Some of food is tasty, but cuz it's pre-made not that much healthy even though there is some keto friendly options. In case you in rush can be eaten.
Service is fine, depends of location, just that the same person on drive thru and at window do it a quite busy and confusing.

First time in a link time services meh… I had ordered a tall iced then asked for it to be changed to a venti. Still got the tall in a venti cup and when I reminded the barista, I was not received with a ‘no problem’ or apology instead I was charged and no thank you or anything else. Quite rude.
