I always say Starbucks is so overrated and my visit here proved as such. Not only was it packed and busy. Could barely get through the door, which is kind of expected since so many people love Starbucks. Had I been closer to a different coffee shop I wouldn’t have chosen this place. I did a mobile order to which it stated it would take 13 minutes. Cool, since I had to walk there anyways. Get there and wait well beyond my completion time. Was never greeted upon entry. Drinks are thrown a shelf to be picked up. And let’s get down to the actual drink. My drink was not paid as I ordered and since I had already waited over the time, I did not want to ask for it to be remade. Thankfully, I did not spend over $5 for this lesson that I already knew not to experience again.

By far the worst Starbucks in Conroe. Staff is rude and be prepared to wait forever for your drink!
What is with all the HAIR visiting a few times here and there for convenience and giving grace but this is the last time you get me at this location.... HAIR NETS/HATS or regular cleaning is not in affect her.... HAIR on the cup in the sticker probably in the drink at this point control your staff cleanliness is what it boils down to...

I have been a Starbucks customer for years!! The staff has always been very friendly, kind, caring and accommodating - except for this afternoon. I was extremely shocked and offended at how rude a female starbuck’s employee was at this location. Managers, please make sure your employees, who interact with customers, have a good attitude and customer service skills.
