This Starbucks has good customer service but I'm sorry to say that our drinks were very bad, they were totally tasteless, they should try to do better, we wasted our money on them…
Although they do not receive those 5 stars I am at this location often and it is hit or miss more hits I noticed. Efficiently, Organized Staff and they are on it when getting those drinks out. While I appreciate the urgency of completing my order but that's also why they do not get the 5 stars it may get a tad sloppy as this location is always busy busy busy.
The service is friendly, but I ordered a summer berry lemonade with the raspberry pearls and received a $7 acai lemonade. If I wanted $7 strawberry lemonade I would have gotten two gallons of it for the same price within Krogers. I didn’t ask for it to be fixed since they were closing in 15 minutes and didn’t want to waste the drink and have it remade. Came another time for hot chocolate and it was just like hot water with no chocolate syrup. Dutch Bros is better, unfortunately...
