Anna and Raul service was exceptional. They were all smiles and offered best wishes for my wife. The young lady who created my drink should go down in history. I forgot her name tho. I'll update this review when I see her again. Anyway here's the shot I took. 😊
The service here is so bad. I spoke to the manager weeks back and she was very unprofessional and rude, and it seems the barista team does not get along. They are always arguing behind the counter. This location is very understaffed and I will not be purchasing from here. Go to any other Starbucks and you will have a much better experience than this location.

It's lunch time. One person at the counter. The coffee I want is unavailable so I settle for the alternative. Just a simple cup of brew with cream. Oh wait, I have to wait 5 minutes I'm told while new coffee brews. It's taking longer than that. I tip 30% at the point of sale, total $6. I'm not buying coffee, I'm investing in an experience when I go to Starbucks. Very disappointed today.

Yesterday I came to this Starbucks for a simple Frappuccino. The girl taking my order was so rude, was very sassy and quick with me. There are many healthcare professionals that work here long hours and do not deserve to be treated as I was by her, especially when your job is just to make coffees and we have doctors here that just want a little pick me up.I do not come here often so I do not know the usual experience at this café but I did not enjoy mine.
