Friendly staff
Good coffee and I love that they have cups on sale often. I think the lines are shorter and I like having coffee to shop. Gives me energy
Zhen the manager has poor customer service skills, is very rude and has an overall bad attitude. Maybe management should consider demoting her and having her work in some back office somewhere!
Zhen was amazing. She really made my entire week with how perfectly she made my coffee. It may seem like an easy task but of all the places I have been, this is my favorite one to come to! Keep up the good work!
Would rate food but I stood there for 5 min while the 2 ladies talked and ignored us... stared right at me and looked away. Felt pretty disrespectful to just look away and ignore us standing there.
it all got 1 star because i did not get the chance to try anything. the asian manager there ignores guests (even when she’s doing nothing and there’s no people there) and when she finally speaks to you, it’s with nothing with disrespect and a “why are you speaking to me” look. she is the only one who ever seems to be working there and i have tried to order there twice and both times i had the same experience.

On June 16 of 2024 I ordered a Venti caramel coffee was told the Total was $5.15, I was charged $15.15 and I’ve just noticed today that was what was charged on my card.

I have been to this location before but after today I will NEVER be back. If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. I had my son with me and we had just finished up shopping at Target and were stopping to pickup drinks from this location due to convenience. There were 2 employees there, one making the drinks and one taking the orders and there was ONE other customer there, waiting on their drink which was being made and no one behind us in line. When we walked up to the counter the employee who was taking orders almost immediately stepped away into the back. We had been standing at the counter for a few minutes and we pretty much knew what we wanted before we even got to the counter...because it wasn't the 1st time we've been to a Starbucks and get the same thing most of the time. After waiting for a few more minutes my son went and sat down. The employee that was making the drinks never greeted us which I mean if they didn't see us no worries. The employee that stepped away came back with a mop and started mopping the floor, which that's totally cool no problem, coming from a fast food customer service background myself, I know first hand that cleaning is part of the job and has to be done. This person and representative of Starbucks looked right at me though, standing and waiting and said nothing and just kept right on mopping as I stood there, still waiting and when she just kept mopping and did not even give the courtesy of a simple "hi" or a "I'll be right with you" which could have been said WHILE mopping I decided I was done waiting and we left and went to a different Starbucks in the area that DID greet us right as we walked in the door. And guess what! The employee taking orders was cleaning when we walked up to the counter but as soon as they saw us they paused their task, walked over to us and within moments we were ordering our drinks. For the record I'm not mad I had to wait I was in no rush but it is unacceptable to not at the very least, greet your customers and make them feel like like they are less important than mopping the floor.
