Rude cashier and bartender. We sat at the bar after ordering at the front and the bartender was upset that we ordered already. Our first time there so we didn't know you couldn't. The food came out fast but was wrong. The bartender went to get a manager to fix it. The manager brought out our food and set it down and left. She was rude and annoyed it looked like. Not going back

I love torchy's tacos, but I'm not going to harp on that in this review because it takes so damn LONG to get one, whether I'm in drive-thru or if I physically go inside. I don't want to say good things and encourage more people to go, thus adding to the wait time I'm in every single time I go, ANY location. Call Chick-fil-A and get some efficiency tips pretty please. Love love

Love Torchy's!! The cherry limeade is the best and so are the sweet ladies behind the bar!! Come here for sangria Sunday, Taco Tuesday and maybe a few more days of the week! Wish I had a permanent reserved booth so I could just eat Torchy's all the time, especially because they have so many specials and happy hour deals, that you just have to take advantage of. Overall best taco place in town!

Very disappointed in this restaurant! I had a very bad experience a few weeks ago and I submitted a survey! John Jones reached out promising a refund and taco card (?) for my troubles.... Still haven't received anything! I've been told it's done, but no refund! The leaders of this restaurant are complacent with the behaviors many described!

Everytime on doordash you put the wrong sauces now what if i was allergic to the ones your giving me when i selected totally different sauces. Pay attention, your job isn't difficult..

This place has potential & I think we all know who they are serving; I ordered the beef bean burrito. Beans taste like they came out of a can. Tortilla can be cooked rather than microwaved. That's just laziness. You expect quality for the price point but that's not the case here. Taco Bell might be better and I hardly ever eat there bc you know why and that speaks volumes... I'll leave a picture for reference. And please...when you make a burrito at home or order out, cook and toast your flour tortilla! Don't be lazy.

Nice store to hangout at the bar, chew on a taco, and enjoy a beer or Bloody Mary. Service was helpful and friendly. Ambiance was bright and clean.

Food was good, but service was also slow. Took about 25 minutes to get tacos to table. Young male host was super friendly and attentive in bringing a high chair to our table once we sat down. Didn't even need to ask.Went in at end of lunch hour and place was about half full, plenty of places to sit and a nice bar area.Everything on the menu is good, can't go wrong with anything really.

This place is average, service is pretty quick, it's never too busy and it's pretty consistent which is somewhat surprising. Drinks are always great, I'd recommend going during happy hour (3-6?) since it is pretty expensive. Again, we'd come here if we can make the HH and crumble cookie is next door.
My first impression of the place is awesome. The place is well and interestingly decorated. The servers were very friendly even though most were freezing because the heat was not turned on even though temps outside were freezing. I found it pretty hard to even enjoy the awesome interior because it was freezing inside. This is the main reason fir the three stars. My second impression is why it takes almost twenty min for tacos. The excuse was being backed up but there was no-one else in the place. The tacos!: the tacos were fantastic, fresh and well made:) I had the avocado taco and salmon and was super pleased!

Real sloppy service this morning, after the morning rush when there was only one or two other customers in sight. Two out of two orders were wrong, so that's unimpressive. They were apparently out of an important ingredient, but failed to tell us, so when we went back in, "Trey" shrugged his shoulders and couldn't care less that they had two dissatisfied customers. I've always been a fan of Torchy's Tacos, but this location has been slipping. I probably won't be back anytime soon. There are a ton of other good restaurants with good customer service in the same vicinity.

I usually have high expectations of any place I go with Mexican food, especially tacos. For this place though, I came thinking it wouldn't be great. I never thought it would be this bad. Yes, I dislike when I am asked for the tip before the service is completed, from now on I will not tip until I am done eating and will bring cash. I ordered the Democrat tacos, the tortillas were not only cold but they were rubbery which indicates they were microwaved. Microwaving tortillas should be a crime anywhere in the world. I let the waitress know and it took forever for them to reheat the tortilla. I had to get up and look for someone to give me an update. It seems like they had forgotten my order because it came back cold again. Not only I had to interrupt my meal because of something unpleasant, the promise of making it better was not delivered. I will not go back to this place, I am sorry.

Today, Friday 3/11. Angelica Sammons offered 3 different shrimp specials. My husband had the Shrimp Caprese on noodles and I had Curry Shrimp with green beans and rice. They were both great. Each meal was $12. I eat there frequently. Good food.

Followed the reviews here and loved our Philly/Beef steak topped w/fried egg crepe & parfait sweet crepe!!! May not visit any other area places (maybe the sister location “Hidden Gem”). The daily specials, huge portions, low prices, grrrreat food will call us back when we’re in the Conroe area!!! Thanks!
