The employees are always so nice at this subway especially the young man who always works the front!! The service and food are definitely 5 star!!🤗

On 11/17/25 at 1:30pm, I went into this subway. I had the most horrific service ever. I asked for one thing and the young man kept making another by placing other meats on my bread (he did this 3 times). Instead of turning around looking at the board to see what comes on the sandwich, he chose to add what he thought nor did he asked me. Another employee was they and witnessed what was happening but was helping another customer. The other employee was trying to help him but it was difficult for him to multitask. I basically had to make my own sandwich by telling him what to do, which was fine but when he asked me over and did I want something I kept telling him I did not want, was so hard. I’m done with this store.

I live 2 min from here and come at least 3 to 4 times a month…. And I have never experienced what I did today! RUDE people! Stale bread! Hard as a rock! Horrible experience!

I Was told on 9/14/24 that the rules and prices has changed and that they’re only allowed to put 3 pieces of meat on a 6 in sub. Not sure how true that is but I know i paid for extra meat on the “Home Run” sandwich, which is supposed to have 33% more meat anyway (8 pieces i was told a while back) just to only receive the original 8. Was my favorite place to eat that was close to my job but will not spend another penny there.

First id like to memtion the lady with the drawn eyebrows is rude. She wasnt wearing a name tag so i can't tell you her name. Secondly the music is extremely loud. Asked for a minute to see what I wanted and felt rushed the entire time. Also asked for a small amount of mayo and got ALOT of mayo. Every bite tasted full of mayo. We were disappointed.

The store closes at 10 pm tonight (friday) I went to the building at 9:05 pm and the Doors where looked. They guy had already take everything out
Saddens me to say this but this subway was a sad place to go. Food was still cold n the cookies were hard n not fresh. Probably won't be coming back ?

The worst subway that exists, believe me, there is a reason I am always alone, the kitchen lady ran out to yell at my children for choosing her chips and told me to control my children when I myself told them to take their parents, obviously not I go back to this place but the black people are superb in customer service. I won't be back, but Subway is not the only one to go elsewhere.

THE BEST SUBWAY EVER!! It was my first time trying subway and i’m glad I choose this place will definitely not be my last. Dulce and Jose were AMAZING the food tasted delicious and the atmosphere was just so wonderful. The music made me feel great eating my foot long and I can finally I LOVE SUBWAY!

I ordered online, and my sandwich was made incorrectly (incorrect bread and incorrect toppings). Additionally, for some reason my sandwich was cut up into about 7 small pieces (rather than just cut in half, like it normally is). Not sure why it was cut up, I didn't ask for that.
